Poor quality coats for price
I ordered 2 reflective dog coas. It took a while to arrive, the product is an excellent idea but unfortunately the product quality is poor, within 4 wears all the reflective coating has started to peel off from numerous different places on the coat. The coats are not cheap, so I expected a higher quality product. I was also very annoyed when I realised that Funny Fuzzy aren't a UK based company as advertised, they are actually from China. I have contacted customer support but have had no reply, save your money these coats are simply not worth it! Since writing this review I have spoken with Funnyfuzzy we have informed me that their reflective coats are only made for street walking and not nature walking as the reflective coating does come off in long grass or even when they cock their legs up tree's and that unfortunately they are unwilling to give me a refund but will give me 20% off a new jacket. These coats are made for dogs, no where on their advert does it say street walking only, in fact it actually shows a dog walking in nature, in a countryside setting standing on a big rock, so is this false advertising? I will leave it up to you to decide, but the jacket after 4 wears is no longer reflective or waterproof and actually looks like I've had them years not a few weeks. Customer service is poor, the product is poor and certainly not fit for purpose which is a dogs coat! Please people go to Amazon and buy a cheaper version which will last you longer and won't leave you feeling like you have been deliberately robbed of your hard earned money!
