UK govt shut this place down - buyer beware
Do not pay money to this company. Here’s why.. they “sell” sub standard pet supplies from China - Go to UK govt / companies house on Google to verify this claim Weeks and weeks just waiting.. An offer of a cash voucher to apologise for the delay and a vague promise to deliver at the end of month 2. I checked the emails sent and can’t even see an order number, no invoice. If it ever turns up I’ll update with comment on quality but customer service is lousy and they give a stock reply like this to make out it’s a legitimate business.
