The shipping times are absolutely…
The shipping times are absolutely ridiculous. I paid for express shipping for a sofa cover and it still took ov er 3 weeks to arrive. DON"T use express hipping and make sure you're not in a hurry.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service, difficult to find out when I would receive my order. Order took a really long time.

Stolen £100 off me
I ordered some sofa covers in April. They still haven’t turned up. I have asked for a refund but they kept making excuses. Now they are not even answering my emails. So technically they have stolen nearly a £100 off me. I have provided the order details and had no response. Also they are not in the UK,

Not happy with the quality and one item…
Not happy with the quality and one item arrived stained. No luck in getting any answers on how to return. This is my second purchase…. First one was great, not at all happy with this one.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE
Delivered half the order. Order that arrived was broken / faulty. Not responding to emails. Wasted 191 pounds EDIT. And their response is just to save face. They have had multiple emails with the order number they have chosen not to respond too. Including a connection via PayPal.

Fraud company
This company is a scam. If you look closely, you’ll notice they use translation apps for their emails, and they do not respond to messages via email or Instagram. Most likely, you will not receive your order. The website’s reviews are fake. Prices are extremely high because they claim their products are "high quality" — but that is not true. The company has previously faced legal action and received a takedown notice from the UK. You can verify this by visiting gov.uk and searching for "Funny Fuzzy." Let me repeat: you will NOT receive your item, and if you do, it will almost certainly be of poor quality. Please avoid buying from this company. There are far better and more affordable alternatives online or in stores. Do not trust the five-star reviews, even if you think I might be trying to sabotage the company. Do your own research — and consider buying from a reputable site instead. For more facts: The company is based in China. The “15% discount” email is automatically sent to everyone. They use auto-responses for reviews and will try to manipulate your perception. I do not work for this company, nor have I ever been associated with it. I’m simply trying to help others avoid getting scammed.
