I don’t recommend this product.
After a long process of finally receiving my medium size dog bed I was excited to come home to show my fur baby. The quality of the insert is so poor that I can actually feel where it’s missing in the outside lining. It’s not as pictured at all. In the picture it looks super firm. The insert is also higher on one end and when you try to move the filling through the cushion it doesn’t budge. It honest doesn’t seem like enough filling to make this as pictured. Firm and comfortable. The one I’m replacing after 6 years is still holding from the filling this was really disappointing on on brand new product. I would not recommend this product!

Good product - bad service.
Good product. Horrible customer service. They sent me the wrong size product (their mistake - mismarked package) and they won't send me the correct product that I paid for. Only giving me a 20% credit for their mistake. Buyers beware -- this is not a good company. Update: Aug 8, 2024. FunnyFuzzy finally sent me the item that I originally ordered in the correct size. The issue has been resolved to my satisfaction. However, their customer service could be improved by immediately sending the correct item after my 1st email rather than my 4th.

Paying for Funny Fuzzy mistakes
I ordered 3 sofa covers all 3 arrived but all 3 were undersized compared to the specifications advertised and to what was actually ordered,the return was easy enough to sort but have ended up paying for the return myself for faulty goods. Faulty goods or goods sold as not as described a full refund should be applied including cost of shipping the return to the supplier, in this case it hasn’t been carried out. Very disappointing. All please be aware of this.

Extremely poor quality products and bizarrely bad service.
Extremely poor quality products. Near impossible refund/returns process. Slow delivery. Only saving grace was the offer of a 40% refund without sending the product back, but the battle to get even a partial refund was hilariously bad. They really don’t care at all.

Still waiting...
I placed an order with FunnyFuzzy nearly 2 weeks ago, for a pet carrier, to be used on an upcoming trip. I'm still sitting here waiting for it. I read on the site they were from New York, so figured it would take a week, tops, to get here...12 days later, it's been sitting in TX the past 4 days now waiting to be handed off to USPS from whatever carrier they used to apparently transport this from another country...probably China. This false advertising should be illegal in this country. I'm fed up waiting at this point and fed up with Chinese companies pretending to be local to the US.

Ze adverteren met gratis retourneren
Ze adverteren met gratis retourneren. Helaas blijkt dat dit niet klopt en je gewoon de retourkosten moet betalen, naar de UK is dat een behoorlijk bedrag! Eerst leek alsof ze meedenken, maar helaas als puntje bij paaltje komt is dit niet het geval.

Took a full month
No mention that the country of origin is China. It took a full month to arrive after contacting them after a week of ordering because there was no tracking info available. They replied saying they would expedite the order. I tracked it from China to LA, to Chicago and then back to San Diego. Not plush at all, luckily I saved padding from previous beds. The measurement was 5 inches shy of what it was advertised. NNNA Nope,Nope,Never, Again. Not even going to try a return, I've had enough of FunnyFuzzy

Not recommended to deal with this store
Terrible experience. I ordered a dog bed, and not only did it arrive later than expected, but it also came in horrible condition. There were mysterious stains on the bed, and the store claims it's the fault of the shipping company. Don't waste your money or your nerves on this store.
