Probably a scam
I'm starting to agree with everyone else that I think this company is a scam, or at the very least is an extremely disorganized and possibly under staffed company. Placed an order on June 1, 2025. Paid extra for express shipping. Was told in the confirmation that it would ship in 1-3 business days. 3 business days would have been June 4, 2025. On June 10, 2025 I emailed their support team for an update. Its now June 13th and I guess they just can't be bothered to answer emails in a reasonable time frame. They seem to respond to negative reviews here though. So if you're on their support team, my order confirmation number is #FF613225S and you can respond to me via my email.

A cheap piece of crap.
A cheap piece of crap. I ordered the Fully Orthopaedic Surround Support Waterproof Fabric Anti-Anxiety Large Dog Bed for £70. The thing is lucky if it's worth £10. A total scam of a company with no customer service. Avoid at all costs.

Hände weg von diesem Shop! Ich warte seit 4 Wochen auf meine Bestellung. Auf Nachfrage per Mail kam lediglich eine Standard Antwort. Jetzt möchte ich die Bestellung stornieren und erhalte keine Rückmeldung mehr.

6 !! Weeks delivery time
First of all, the order was not delivered 19 days ago, as you seem to know in the system, the part only came the day before yesterday. Ordered was on 28.04.25, delivery 11.06.25. Very poor communication, always only on request, never proactive. The product is also not ergonomic, it has a very cheap pillow in the middle on which the dog is supposed to lie down. The first thing I did was replace it with ergonomic PU foam from the old bed. If the cover was not waterproof, I would have returned the part completely. Update 15.06.25: After I had reminded them of the 10% discount offer that was offered to myself, because in the meantime 4 weeks of delivery time had passed. The discount has been transferred to me. That was very positive

Falls apart - won't replace or repair.
Was meant to be shipped express, and it ended up taking 3 weeks. The zip fell apart and all the stitching has fallen apart after using it for a couple of months. They won't repair or refund or replace as apparently they only guarantee them for "30 days" despite this going against ACCC law. Expensive product, for cheap quality and shocking service. UPDATE: I have emailed support three times, including photos. Your reply was "We only guarantee the product lasts 30 days". Hilarious since it took over 2 weeks for the product to arrive in the first place. I have since found out you have been sued multiple times and banned from operating in the UK. So clearly this is a scam. Anyone interested in reading this just Google "Funny Fuzzy" and "Lawsuit" and you'll see what I am referring to.
