These guys absolutely ridiculous
These guys absolutely ridiculous, I placed an order in May, I received order confirmation, and some lame email saying there is a shipping delay or something but I know for a fact that the order hasn’t even been shipped. They say contact their email, I have contacted them a million times but no response. I’m just glad I paid with PayPal I will be seeking a refund, these guys are pathetic, don’t waste your time

Estafa?
El dia 10 de mayo hago un pedido (FF596885S). Recibo un correo conforme está todo correcto: "¡Gracias por tu compra! Hola XXXX, estamos preparando tu pedido para ser enviado. Te avisaremos cuando haya sido enviado. Su artículo saldrá del almacén en un plazo de 2 a 3 días hábiles." Han pasado más de 5 semanas y ni siquiera lo han enviado. He enviado correos para que me informen de la fecha estimada de envio y no contestan. No compréis en FunnyFuzzy!

I ordered a large couch
I ordered a large couch, waited over two months before it arrived. It arrived as the smallest couch to fit a mini dog in. I have two small dogs. From the photo I expected this to be a lot larger. I think you have sent me the wrong size. Please can you rectify this.

An awful company
An awful company. It does not operate as though it is legitimate. I am still awaiting on an order placed in May. I have emailed several times with one initial response with some lie about the item being dispatched. Tracking number given but this shows item still awaiting processing! I would avoid ordering from this company.

Long shipment time
Long shipment time, order hast been canceled but hasnt been processed, never again Lying in their reply to my rating. I placed the order on 17.05. Delivery arrived on 14.06.25, which is literraly more than 20 days

company operates like scammers
So I ordered from you at the start of June (7/6/2025) and I have recently emailed to ask about when I can expect dispatch, no response I have checked my spam so dont use taht. You have not responded when I google your company it tells me that FunnyFuzzy was closed down in November 2024 for sending inferior products and being slow to process refunds. Your company is operating like a scam company so I will be requesting a refund from my credit card

Nie wieder! Am 20.5 bestellt (#FF28719D) – keine Ware, keine Rückmeldung, keinerlei Antwort vom Kundenservice!! Ich fordere mein Geld umgehend zurück!!! Warnung an andere: Meiner Erfahrung nach wirkt das Ganze wie Betrug. Hände weg!

First I was not given the 25% discount…
First I was not given the 25% discount I was promised at checkout. Now I try to track my order and was told to download the app but the does not recognize my email and states I have no order. I was told to contact them for my discount after I have received the order but I have a feeling by reading all these other reviews that I will not be getting my order at all. No way to reach an actual person in customer service and only get auto Automated responses from email. We have been ripped off everyone.
