A delivery time of more than two month.
A delivery time of more than two month. No papers in the shipment, also no return papers No answers to ANY of my eMail. NO MORE ORDERS from me... to be fair: They have refunded my order, after I have claimed "no delivery, no answers" at PayPal. Thanks for that. But why the heck they have not responded to any eMail? Sorry, but I am really disappointed!

Délai de livraison épouvantable
Commande passée en début de mois, toujours aucune nouvelle. La commande reste confirmée, mais aucune expédition indiquée. L’argent a pourtant été débité aussitôt… nous avons peur de s’être faits arnaqués. Nous sommes très déçus car les avis sur le site étaient plutôt positifs ce qui nous a donné confiance Le numéro de commande vous a été envoyé. J’attends un retour rapide de votre part.

I ordered a product over a month ago
I ordered a product over a month ago. I have received 3 "your order has shipped emails", but when I check the status my order is still pending. I have reached out to "support". Their advice is to reject the shipment if I want to return. How can I reject a shipment that I have not received? This is starting to feel like a giant ripoff.

I’ve been waiting for this order since June 4th, and it’s still in transit. I’m going to call my bank and cancel it. Don’t order it; it’s a rip-off

Keine Antwort, keine Lieferung = keine gute Bewertung
Ich habe ein Hundebett am 05.06. bestellt. Am 13.06. habe ich eine Mail verfasst, auf die ich bis heute keine Antwort erhalten habe. Ich ärgere mich, nicht vorher auf Trustpilot nach der Firma geschaut zu haben, denn diesen desaströsen Bewertungen kann ich mich leider nur anschließen. Habe nun die Rückerstattung über meinen Anbieter veranlasst.

I placed an order over a week ago same…
I placed an order over a week ago same experience as other customers, received a order conformation, but no delivery eta, multiply emails with no response at all, but loads of emails from their sales. I only wish I had read the comments of Truspilot first and not wasted my time and money. So very disappointing feel I have been scammed!

Arnaque, commande non reçue
Commande d'un panier fin mai, je reçois quelques jours plus tard un mail me prévenant qu'il y a du retard à cause de la douane, puis plus aucune nouvelle ! Et de mon côté, impossible de contacter le service client, que ce soit sur le formulaire de contact (le message ne s'envoie pas, étrange...), le mail mis à disposition, ou même le compte instagram ! En me connectant à mon espace client, cela m'indique que je n'ai aucune commande en cours. Est-ce que ce site est une arnaque ? Quasiment 100€ de perdus, nous sommes très déçus.

Funny Fuzzy not so funny
I'm waiting for my order of two of the beautiful large beds, and a little lamb toy with red feet that were ordered in the first week of May. Sadly, i didn't look for any reviews as I should have. I have emailed them but naturally no response. Also all the responses seem eerily similar, so I would love to hear from any of these people to whom company has replied, saying thanks for your feedback, we have sorted your problem.
