DON’T ORDER FROM THEM
It took a month to get here. For a company located in the USA, why did it have to come from China? I could not contact anyone and had to wait for an email response. While waiting, I received too many crappy emails to order more from them. I’ll never use this company again.
Response from FUNNYFUZZYJun 22, 2025

Disappointed in quality and shipping.
The shipping time was over one month from the day I placed the order. I went to tracker after each email I sent inquiring when I could expect the package. Each intervention would “magically” move the dog bed one step closer to its destination. When the package finally arrived, it was obviously of poor quality and definitely made in China. Described as “orthopedic”, it was stuffed with filler, not egg crate foam that most dog beds labeled orthopedic contain. I assembled the bed. The size was too small for my 16 pound dog. The sides were enormous and the “pad” was very small. I had to laugh at how ridiculous it looked. It was $49 dollars wasted on a cheap piece of junk. FunnyFuzzy had a lot of interesting items advertised that I had never seen before and would purchase, but due to shipping and quality, I will not take a chance again.

Hi Connie, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We sincerely apologise for the delay with your order, as unforeseen circumstances can sometimes occur. We’re sorry to hear your Fully Orthopedic Surround Support Waterproof Large Dog Bed isn’t quite what you expected. It looks like we’re having trouble locating your email in our system. To help us better understand the issue, we’ve sent you an email (don’t forget to check your spam/junk folder if it’s not in your inbox). If you could reply with a few photos, that would be a huge help. Once we’ve had a chance to review them, we’ll make sure everything’s taken care of for you. We’re here 24/7 at [email protected] and are always happy to help! We’re looking forward to getting this resolved for you. Team FunnyFuzzy
