SCAM - DO NOT PURCHASE
** TO ADD - they replied on here, I sent them the details and still have not heard back. I have sadly come to realise that this company is a total scam and regret not doing my research before buying from them. I placed an order close to one month ago now. Have not received any updates or shipping info, and have had 3 emails go completely ignored. I will be reporting them to consumer affairs. I am just baffled at how companies can operate this way and completely steal people's money like this. Disgusting.

Poor communication, no order update
Additional edit: I've responded to the request via Trustpilot with my order # (as well as adding it here) with no additional response or assistance. I've also submitted a 4th email to the support address listed in FunnyFuzzy's response below, again with no response. My order remains in processing status, with no updates provided. Unfortunately, I'm now at the point where I believe this is a scam and will be taking appropriate action with Amex. Edited to add: I appreciate the response. To be clear, I have not received my order nor have I received any communication outside of this review response. My order number is #FF609322S. I don't normally post reviews (especially negative ones), but my experience with this company mirrors the other negative experiences. I placed an order a month ago, received an order confirmation and an email indicating it might be delayed. Since then, there has been no communication - including no response to numerous email requests to support for an update. I'm a small biz owner also impacted by tariffs (and the occasional supply chain issue) - I don't believe that this is the issue and even if it is, it doesn't excuse the complete lack of customer service/support I've experienced (which clearly is commonplace based on other reviews).

Vorsicht Betrug!!!
Wenn ich könnte würde ich 0 Sterne geben! Am 18.05.25 ein Hundebett bestellt. 2 Mails an den Support geschrieben und bis heute keine Antwort erhalten. Kann mich da den anderen nur anschließen, riecht alles nach Betrug! Klarna Käuferschutz wurde eingeschaltet. Finger weg!!!

Very disappointed
Very disappointed – misleading, poor quality, and unhelpful customer service I ordered a pet bed from FunnyFuzzy, paid £35 plus £4.99 for what was advertised as express shipping. The bed took much longer to arrive than expected, and when it did, it looked nothing like the product photos online — completely different in design and quality. I also never received the free toy worth £18 that was clearly advertised as part of a promotion. I only found out about the 5–12 business day delivery window after I contacted customer service myself. That information wasn’t clear at checkout, and by then it was too late to cancel the order. When I reached out for help, I received copy-paste responses that completely ignored my concerns. No accountability, no solution — just excuses. I’ve since checked their Trustpilot reviews and wish I had looked beforehand. Clearly, I’m not the only one who’s had this experience. I’ve now raised a dispute with Klarna, as this level of service and misrepresentation is unacceptable. I won’t be shopping here again — please be cautious before ordering.

Pedido de 100€ nunca recibido
Hice una compra el 7 de mayo 2025 por valor de más de 100€. Después de 15 días sin recibirla envié un email, y me contestaron que había retrasos por la situación de los aranceles, etc. A día 23 de junio, sigo sin haber recibido nada. Les he solicitado cancelar mi pedido y ya no me responden (3 emails). Sinceramente, ahora creo que es un timo. Voy a denunciarles.
