No valid contact information
After not receiving any updates on the status of my order for over a week, I tried to reach out to their customer service only to have my message kicked back by google because the email address either “couldn’t be found, or is unable to receive mail.” There are no other contact options on their website. If this was ever a legitimate company, it’s doesn’t appear to be anymore.

If I could give zero I would
If I could give zero I would. These are Chinese and utter rubbish. I bought 2 dog beds, one orthopaedic, with a waterproof cover, and a dog sofa, this being £75. I ordered on June 11, and have eventually recd the Waterproof bed. Firstly, it’s NOT waterproof, so when my pup pee’d the whole thing got soaked and stunk. It is not orthopaedic and it’s not waterproof. Secondly, I still have NOT recd the dog sofa. Customer service is rubbish, takes them ages to reply, then they have 3 times ignored my request to cancel and refund me. They have ripped me off. Do NOT use this company!!!!!

They took my money and never shipped my product. They never emailed back! They are theives!

And if I could give zero I would. Order placed 13/6/25 . Constant chasing to see when it will be processed and shipped. Different excuses when they bother to respond. Lies when they say it’s in transit when it is not . Now having a fight to get a refund. Avoid at all costs Updated- they have only responded due to this review and my social media comments. Dreadful company, non- existent customer service and you will be waiting for weeks for your goods to arrive usually from China

Quite probably the WORST online company…
Quite probably the WORST online company I have had the misfortune to use!!! Ordered item 8 weeks ago. No delivery Emails to the company are either ignored or responded to with vague unhelpful responses that provide little or no help. After 8weeks a refund was issued with no explanation as to why I did not get the item. Small mercy I suppose as I thought I had lost the money. Would definitely not recommend this company and in fact would advise to avoid this company. Companies like this give online and Chinese company a bad name. AVOID AVOID AVOID !!!!!!!!!!

Ignoring my messages!
I ordered a bed based on a friends experience however the bed I ordered was not good quality especially for the price! I contacted them on instagram and they were very apologetic and offered me a 50% refund if I was happy to keep the item, when you pay £75 for a bed you hope it’s decent quality so I asked if I could exchange my product for the bed our friend had- funnily enough the product is cheaper and better quality. Since requesting an exchange they have ignored every message I have sent for over a week (I can see they are being read on Instagram) and based on the speedy replies prior to my request I’d say this is intentional. I also tried to email to resolve the matter, and even said I’d take the 50% instead as it was better than nothing! STILL NO REPLY!! The level of customer service is ridiculous. I’d imagine they can’t accept a return or exchange as our postage stamp was all in Chinese and would probably cost them a fortune to sort!!! If I’d have known this I wouldn’t have wasted my time ordering

Very frustrating experience
This has been the most frustrating experience I have ever had with an on line order and I purchase most of my items on line. They took ages to ship and didn’t provide a tracking number so I told them to cancel the order and refund my money (since it hadn’t shipped and they showed no shipping info this shouldn’t be difficult). They refused and kept sending me emails that it would be shipped “soon”. I asked for a refund several times and today I received an email saying it was on its way with a tracking number that takes me to another page that says “no tracking information”. I am now leaving the country for vacation and cannot receive the item and I have no idea when it is coming. I do not trust this company and only wish I read the reviews before making this purchase! Be warned!
