Still waiting for my order
I have been waiting for a month for my order and cannot get any replies to my emails. the tracking gave incorrect information and the telephone number does not appear to work and the support form has given me no joy either . I would not advise anyone to purchase from this website

Schrecklich! Nach 2 Monaten noch immer keine Waren! Ich habe 6 Mail mails geschrieben, aber keine Antwort bekommen. Danke, dass ich durch Paypal bezahlt habe, dann haben die nach langen Gesprächen mein Geld überwiesen.

I strongly advise avoiding Funny Fuzzy. The products I received were nothing like what was advertised — cheap quality, no proper padding, support or mattress, and arrived with tears, marks, and loose stitching. They don’t provide shipping or tracking information, and delivery times were far longer than stated. Worst of all, they completely ignored my emails, even when I requested a return label. Without one, you’re stuck with faulty items and no easy refund option. I paid via PayPal and tried to use Buyer Protection, but because Funny Fuzzy responded only to PayPal and not to me, my case was closed and I’m left with unusable dog beds. Their prices may seem cheaper than other retailers, but it's simply not worth the stress or hassle — especially when the product you receive is nothing like what’s shown online.

pas de commande reçue
commande passée le 9 juin ##FR38518 mais toujours pas reçue, zéro information sur la date de livraison malgré mes emails envoyés à 2 reprises (sans réponses même dans les spams). Vais-je vraiment recevoir ma commande un jour? je suis très déçue car j'avais besoin de mon article rapidement et j'ai sûrement perdu 66 euros...

Funny Fuzzy have sent me a standard copy and paste response- they don't even bother to change it! Apparently my order and all my emails are now playing hide and seek, naughty technology. Absolutely no hint that they will resolve the issue.

I ordered a dog bed on the 4/6/25 and I have still not received my order. I haven’t even had notification that it’s been dispatched ! I have contacted the company 3 times and have only had one reply stating that I had ordered a bestselling item and due to that it would be delayed ?! Why sell items and then not be able to fulfil orders ?? *** Edited reply to comment from FunnyFuzzy. I can confirm that I have received no email from you today 1/7/25……I have checked my junk folder and have received no response from you ! Can you please either refund me or dispatch my order …..I have being waiting 4 wks and I think that’s long enough ?!
