Took 2+months to arrive. Chased several times with no satisfactory reply. Unable to get a return address from the company as product of very poor quality. They want it returned in original packaging which is impossible as it was vacuum packed! They make it impossible for you to return an item as per the returns policy. Communication appalling … they just send a generic reply and don’t respond to what you ask. Non-existent customer service. Overall a terrible experience. Do not buy from this company!!!

Absolutely awful. If they do not cancel the remainder of my order and credit what I have not yet received my next step will be to contact the BBB. Awful customer service, lies about what’s been delivered, and what’s worse is that when you finally receive a product it is NOT at all what you expect it to be. I’ve also filed a complaint with Shop in the hopes that they sever ties in doing business with them. Horrible!!

Ho effettuato un acquisto che mi è arrivato il 27 giugno, dopo 3 settimane. Poi mi sono reso conto che la taglia presa è troppo piccola e quindi ho inviato una mail al supporto per chiedere come procedere per effettuare un cambio di taglia del prodotto acquistato. Ma dopo 5 gg ancora non ho ricevuto nessuna risposta. Strano perchè non voglio i soldi indietro ma voglio cambiare la taglia prendendo una taglia più grande pagando la differenza del costo. Ma è assurdo che non ci sia un altro modo di contattare il venditore (più immediato). Solo un indirizzo mail a cui non rispondono mai. La risposta che ho ricevuto dopo la recensione su TrustPilot conferma che il supporto è inesistente, Mi hanno scritto di allegare una foto invece di fornirmi le indicazioni su come sostituire la cuccia con una pià grande. Ovviamente gli ho risposto ma ora passeranno altri 10 gg per avere una loro mail. Il fatto che non ci sia un modo più immediato per comunicare è allucinante. Va bene anche la mail ma se rispondono nella stessa giornata.

Ordered a dog travel bag and a few other pieces from these cowboys on June 4th. Total value over €70. Got an email on 13th June that it was taking longer due to unexpected customs delays. Sent numerous emails to their 'customer services' - but no answer. They are rip off merchants. For me it's not about the money - its the principle. There'll be quite a few people who can't afford to be scammed. What a sad and pathetic way to make your money. Be aware!! Update: FunnyFuzzy reached out and I sent them a message via TrustPilot and directly to their 'customer service.' That was three days ago and still nothing...

Bravi, avete vinto voi. Non avete consegnato tutta la merce e, alla fine, PayPal vi ha perfino dato ragione, dopo 3 mesi e dopo tutte le prove a mio favore, tra connazionali non vi mordete... avete fatto di tutto per non ammettere una banale mancata consegna, a nulla è valso pagare l'assicurazione per i rischi del trasporto, avete mentito e falsato i dati, tutto per poche decine di euro. Potevate dire subito che siete disperati, per me alla fine sono spiccioli, vi avrei lasciato l'obolo invece di perdere altro tempo con voi. Spero che risollevino il vostro budget, poveri... Paypal e la sua "protezione acquirenti", una buffonata, ma ho chiuso anche con loro. Godetevi questi quattro soldi, sono la miseria che meritate. Aggiornamento alla risposta: vergognatevi, sapete bene cosa avete fatto per avere ragione e farvi pagare comunque, ora ve ne uscite con"stiamo cercando di rintracciare il tuo pacco" e altre false attenzioni. Vi siete fatti pagare comunque, avete affermato più volte che mi avete consegnato tutto, avete perfino ottenuto che PayPal vi desse ragione, col risultato che ho cessato ogni rapporto pure con loro, chiudendo il conto: fatemi un vero, grande, favore: non fatevi più sentire, sparite per sempre, non recupererete mai quanto avete fatto, nemmeno con le vostre scuse ipocrite e il vostro finto interessamento. Io so bene chi siete.

I placed an order through Instagram 10 days ago, and at the time it was clearly stated that delivery would take around 4 working days. As of today, I haven’t received any updates or communication regarding my order. What really raised red flags for me was noticing that the entry on my bank statement appeared as gibberish — not a recognizable business name. That prompted me to send an email this morning with my order ID, but I’m still waiting for a response. After this, I started doing some digging and came across an article from the UK government, which made me even more concerned. You can find it by searching "company-selling-sub-standard-pet-supplies-from-china-shut-down" I did notice some fulfilled orders here on Trustpilot, so I’m not entirely sure what to make of it yet. To be on the safe side, I’ve also contacted my lawyer to advise me on what steps to take next. I’ll update this review if I hear back or if the situation changes. Update (24/09/2025) Apart from the comment on this review the company has not responded to my numerous emails and the delivery has not arrived. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM they are scammers.

I placed an order on June 13, and today is July 1. Despite the website promising shipping within 3–5 business days, my order hasn’t even been dispatched. It’s been over two weeks, and I have received nothing — no tracking number, no meaningful updates. I’ve contacted their customer support multiple times. Responses come once or twice a week, always vague, always copy-pasted. No apology. No real information. Just silence. They gladly took my money and then practically disappeared. I’m extremely disappointed in this company. Their customer service is non-existent, and the experience feels like a trap — glossy ads and promises, but no delivery. I will be leaving reviews across all platforms to warn others. Nobody should have to go through this!

Ordered a dog bed 3 weeks ago and have only received the confirmation of the order. No response from the funny fuzzy team and starting to think this is a scam as an international debit has been charged to my account. Poor communication, have made multiple attempts to contact the team.
