Goods never received
Goods never received. Was told they were delayed but still they did not arrive. Tried contacting them several times for refund with no reply. Ended up raising the transaction with my bank for refund. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE.

Order not received and being ignored
Edit: Thank you for sending the refund. Edit: No you havent emailed me today, please send my order I have paid for. I ordered from this website over a month ago and never received my product. I have emailed twice and no one has reached out at all. Im starting to think this is a scam website

Ordered on the 13/6/25 #FF9146AU from what I thought was an Australian website due to having AU on their address. I have heard nothing. Sent email to their so called support email address which bounced back. I have made contact via social media with no response. If you're reading this, don't buy from this company!! If you work for them, I want a refund ASAP, no if's or buts about it.

This website is a scam
I placed an order on June 22nd. My order has not been shipped yet! Customer service never replies. I spend around 70€ in your site, this is a shame! You’re a scam. Refund my order FR38927!

5 weeks and still NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER! SCAM
I placed an order at the beginning of June, paid £4.99 for delivery and have not yet received my order. I cannot get hold of anyone and no one is responding to my emails and I am unable to track my order. The telephone number on the site doesn't work either so overall feels like a total scam.

Una verguenza!
Una verguenza!! Pedi una cama para mi perro.. espere 2 semanas, lo reclame por email, me dijeron que esperara una semana mas incluso habiendo pagado la protección de envio, pasaron 4 semanas lo volvi a reclamar y me dijeron que no lo tenian en stock!! Como que no lo tenían en stock? Si yo lo compre precisamente porque si estaba en stock y ya llevaba un mes de espera, me dijeron que si me esperaba dos semanas mas me llegaria sin falta, pasaron mas de dos semanas mas.. y me dijeron que aun no se había enviado, ni siquiera lo priorizaron.. después de un mes y medio de espera con una atención al cliente pesima, les pedí que me devolvieran el dinero. Mucho marketing poca profesionalidad.. pesimo servicio
