Took ages for my order (two car dog beds) to arrive, and when they finally did, they looked nothing like the photos — poor quality and not fit for purpose. Trying to return them has been a nightmare. Despite clearly stating multiple times that I want a full refund, I just keep getting messages offering 20%, then 40% off if I keep them. I’ve also been told return shipping is at my expense. To anyone thinking of purchasing: be absolutely clear on what you want because returning items is made unnecessarily difficult. All I want is to return two inadequate products and get my money back. Why is that so hard? UPDATE TO RESPONSE: You never sent me an order number or email confirmation, I even messaged about this but still never received anything. I have yet again messaged your customer service team to simply get details for how I may return for full refund!
