The quality of the product is 5 stars for me, it's what's pictured and advertised. What disappointed me was the lack of follow through that the product was delayed but eventually going to be delivered. I understand with what's going with business and politics things are not what they used to be and considering concerns for proliferations of scammers and fake online stores. I can say they're legit with great products but just lack communication on very slow delivery on my case but definitely will recommend for others to buy. Ordered November 2025 and delivered February 2026 (not sure about specific day).

The tracking was confusing, and delivery slow. We were happy when the items showed up, and the quality of the dog jammies was good. Soft, fleecy, warm, and fairly easy to get on and off. Much appreciated!

Love my new couch cover. I bought two with the intention to return the one that is less compatible with my couch. Both fit perfectly, but I've chosen the brown over mustard simply due to colour preference. I'm going to buy a second one in brown.

The company finally delivered the products ordered, after several months. It had been different to track the package with the tracking number. I recommend caution if you are in a hurry otherwise have a lot of patience as shipping is extremely slow. It took several emails to get response so be persistent- but once I finally received my order admit I truly enjoy the couch covers. They look great while protecting my furniture from my puppy. My puppy loves them too.

I have to say I used this company before and the service was appalling. My dog bed took 3+ months to arrive with little or no communication from the company. A very frustrating experience. However, I have to admit, the quality of the dog bed when it finally arrived has been top notch. Far better than anything else in the UK for the same price point (£40). It washes up like brand new and is pretty tough. My dog has had it for 12 months now as his crate bed which he's in at night, every night. As the same bed was on sale for £30 I thought I would get another one as I was so pleased with it. So I took the plunge and ordered it. This time it came about 10 days later! No complaints this time around.
