Disappointed with the quality of the bed. 1 - it came with no instructions on how to assemble it. 2. The top of the bed has no support and flops forward 3. The base of the bed is held together by Velcro and easily pulls apart 4. The front of the bed does not attach anywhere to the bed and my fog has caught their legs in it and tripped 5. Doesn’t really look like the picture and not worth the cost even at a discounted price Also disappointed with notification post purchasing as these are actually shipped from China and delivery took longer then lead to believe on the website

My items are of good quality and I especially like the couch cover. However it was more than seven weeks to receive the items. I do not recall seeing any information about delivery times. After more than a month I contacted them because I hadn’t heard anything about the delivery. Better communication about delivery times would be very helpful.

When I purchased my dog bed I didn't realise it was coming directly from China. I think having UK on the site is very misleading and needs to be removed. It's false advertising. That said after my purchase I did go to the shipping page and found the information was very clear. This is a product coming directly from the manufacturer in China and it's going to take weeks to arrive. I found the tracking worked and was kept updated. I ordered my dog bed on the 15th February and it arrived on the 11th March. It was Chinese new year not long after my purchase so that would have been a factor in slowing down the shipping. For quality of the bed, I'd give it a 6/10. It's not the worst I have purchased and I've definitely got better quality ones from Costco. When it arrived the vacuum packaging really misshaped the foam but after some time resting against the warm radiator it sprung back into shape and id say is reasonably firm to provide good support for my dogs body. It would have been nicer for it to be a little thicker. The fabric is thin, I doubt it will last more than a few washes but as I've seen they sell replacement covers, that will be the companies end game over providing a quality product that could last the lifespan of a dog. I purchased this as the size was perfect for the space it needed to fit. But overall I don't think it will last for long, maybe a couple years at best if the foam holds out. I don't like that the foam comes in 3 parts either. It's an ok product and Id say you get what you pay for but it was £50 and my other dog beds from Costco cost £40 and far exceed my expectations in quality and durability. I wouldn't recommend buying from this company if you want something to last a long time or need it quickly.

The merchandise took a month to receive as I did not know the company was not in the US. It was difficult to contact the company and it seemed that my emails were not clear upon receiving them. However, I like the product and it’s very well made. Also the app for the company is not available in the US. There is no clear communication to contact the company.

Dog bed is as hoped but I would NOT have ordered if I'd realized it would take over a month to arrive. Shipping times should be more clear on the website.
