I did not receive the correct order and…
I did not receive the correct order and have not heard back from customer service. I bought two waterproof dog beds totaling $188 and received two plastic dog beds from another brand that retail for $38. I am a return customer but will likely not be in the future as this is being handled so poorly by customer service.

Fake site?
So disappointed. This site must be a scam. Placed an order for a blanket and nail clippers which came to over $100. My order was “confirmed” yet nearly 3 weeks later I have not received any tracking information. I have sent emails and messages via Instagram. I would like to cancel my order but the site doesn’t seem to have an option. Very close to reporting to Fair Trading or Scamwatch.

‼️⚠️‼️⚠️‼️ARNAQUE TOTALE-site à éviter absolument ‼️⚠️‼️⚠️‼️ J’ai payé 104€ pour un sac de transport pour chien et une housse de canapé chez FunnyFuzzy, et je n’ai jamais rien reçu. Le site se présente comme une marque sérieuse pour animaux, mais en réalité, c’est une entreprise extrêmement douteuse. . Aucun numéro de téléphone pour les contacter. . Ils ne répondent à aucun mail, malgré plusieurs tentatives à l’adresse mail fourni sur leur site ( j’en ai envoyé trois et oui j’ai même vérifié mes spams). . Les réponses laissées sous les avis Trustpilot sont automatiques et ne mènent à rien. Suite à mon premier avis sur Trustpilot, ils m’ont demandé mon numéro de commande via la messagerie Trustpilot et je l’ai envoyé immédiatement, mais je n’ai reçu aucun retour depuis. Ceci est donc mon deuxième avis, pour avertir les autres consommateurs, car rien n’a évolué et je n’ai toujours pas reçu ma commande ! En lisant les nombreux autres témoignages, je me rends compte que je ne suis pas la seule dans ce cas. Beaucoup de clients signalent les mêmes problèmes: aucune livraison, aucun service client réel, aucune solution. ⚠️NE FAITES PAS CONFIANCE à ce site. Ils prennent votre argent et ne tiennent pas leurs engagements !

Do not purchase
I purchased my order on 6/7/25. It arrived on 7/14 with minimal communication. I was told my order was held up “due to customs” with no ETA. I was notified on 7/4/25 that it will ship soon. Not only did it take an enormous amount of time but the package was terrible and the product quality of also terrible. It’s thin foam on the bottom with flat pillows as the arm rest/head rest that doesn’t even stand up like the picture says. I regret this purchase and wish I saved myself time and money by not purchasing.

Still waiting for order placed 2 weeks ago. Have emailed, Facebook messaged and written on x. All of which I have received NO correspondence. Silence from them since the order was placed. I have no idea if it will ever turn up. Very poor customer service. Do not use

Ordered from this company 3 weeks ago and haven’t heard anything from them about where my order is or if it has been sent. Bad communication on there end, have contact them by email numerous times and no reply. I want a refund ASAP
