Terrible Mistake, Beware, Scam Will rip you off and then ignore you. I ordered and paid for a 2XL dog bed. I waited for it to be on sale before I ordered due to the high cost. After several weeks of no contact and no product arriving I reached out to ask for an update. In the process I realised I had been charged the price for a 2XL bed but they sent a confirmation for an XL bed. I advised the company of the error but was ignored. Eventually I got a response that only addressed when they expected the product to arrive and not the error in size. It was then I requested a full refund as the item had not yet shipped and it was the incorrect product. After 6 long weeks (and having to purchase a different bed for my dog) I received the incorrect item. I again reached out several times to advise I received a product but would like to return for a refund because it is the wrong size and not big enough for my dog. I still received no response BUT they then changed the size of the product on the delivery confirmation AFTER it was delivered. I should have listened to the several bad reviews for this company warning me this was a scam. Don’t waste your time or money at this company who clearly do not value your pet, you or your hard earned money. Update: I provided the order information to the company same day and am yet to hear anything back. I have already sent several emails to the support e-mail, they never respond. As for the actual product itself, it is about as good as the service. I bought an orthopaedic cooling mattress to support my dog but the mattress is not even a mattress, they are several pillow inserts instead that wouldn’t be more than 1-2cm thick. No where near the 15cm mattress advertised. The stitching is also broken leaving holes in the cover. This is one of the worst dog beds I have ever seen. Even cheap mattresses are a lot better and a lot cheaper.

It’s been more than a month since I ordered the item. Asked for a refund, they said they already sent it. According to tracking information hasn’t been sent. This company is not what it looks like on their site.

6 weeks later still not received the dog bed. I have contacted the company on website, Instagram, email and no reply from anyone. Trying to claim the money back through my bank now. An absolute pain. To update this review, despite the immediate reply below, still no answer on filling in info request and emailing (for 4th time) the email address below. Can see from reviews others have had the same issue. As your response is the same can assume it’s a bot replying and not a person (and you’re mislaying a lot of orders). Questioning if this company actually exists?

Ho effettuato un ordine con due articoli il 3 luglio, ho contattato funnyfuzzy tramite email per capire come mai non fosse nemmeno partito il mio pacco, mi rispondono che appena il pacco lascerà la sede riceverò una email. Dopo una settimana ancora niente , chiedo per un rimborso visti i tempi biblici e la mia necessità di avere gli articoli vista l'età del mio cane (16 anni), ma mi viene offerto un 20% di sconto dopo che riceverò la merce. Dunque rifiuto e chiedo per un rimborso totale, ma niente, nessuna risposta. Non avevo letto le recensioni purtroppo altrimenti non avrei proprio acquistato. Pessimi! Risparmiatevi il messaggio automatico, siete da denuncia!

Ich habe am 31.05.2025 ein großes Hundekissenbett sowie einen großen Hundekissenbezug zum Wechseln bestellt. Dieses wurde mir auch bestätigt. Am 06.06.2025 wurde mir lediglich der Kissenbezug geliefert mit dem Hinweis, Lieferung vollständig. Das Hundebett fehlte. Ich habe die Firma mehrmals angeschrieben aber keine Antwort erhalten. Dafür haben sie mich täglich mit Werbung zugemüllt. Dann habe ich über PayPal mein Geld zurückgefordert, da ich mit dem Kissenbezug ohne das Hundebett nichts anfangen kann. PayPal hat sich mit der Firma auseinandergesetzt und diese Firma hat die Sendungsnummer des Kissenbezugs geschickt und behauptet, die Lieferung sei vollständig. Das ist das aller letzte. Ich werde nun PayPal nochmals kontaktieren, damit ich wenigstens das Geld für das Hundebett zurückerhalte. Aber ich habe wenig Hoffnung. Diese Firma gehört geschlossen, das ist alles andere als seriös.

Order #FF627127S I placed an order on the 22nd of June, but I haven't heard anything after getting the order confirmation. I have sent 2 email with no response. I have never experienced anything like this. Please don't order anything from this company. I am going to contact American Express not ensure I get refund. This is ridiculous. I have check my spam folder and there are no replies there!

The zipper broke and the stitching came undone while I was putting it together. It did not even last long enough to put together.
