Order never received after 40+ days
Order never received after 40+ days, likely a scam. I placed an order for a small dog bed on June 10. After 20 days with no delivery, I reached out and received only generic replies offering a discount. I asked for a delivery ETA and was told there were "shipping issues" – no date confirmed, no follow-up. I've contacted them multiple times via their website form, direct email, Instagram, and Facebook – no real answers, just more vague messages and ghosting. There's no way to cancel the order, no real customer support, and it feels like a dropshipping scam using Temu products under a different brand. I’m currently filing legal complaints and waiting on a cancellation confirmation to recover my money. Check Temu – they sell the exact same beds. Be warned, and avoid this seller.
