Placed my order on 19th June
Placed my order on 19th June. Chased up after a couple of weeks and was informed delivery is delayed but couldn’t tell me why. It is now 22nd July. Still no parcel and no response after multiple emails requesting an update. Wish I read these reviews before. I will not be buying from them again.

Gimme my money back !
J'ai commandé un coussin orthopédique pour chien ce 1er juillet. Après avoir été débitée et avoir reçu un mail de confirmation, je n'ai plus jamais eu de nouvelles .. Malgré mes nombreux e-mails, rien. Le site indique même que je n'ai aucune commande en cours. Une belle arnaque de 88 euros !

I ordered several products on June 8th.
I ordered several products on June 8th. To date, only one has arrived. I've sent several emails asking for information about the rest of the order because my puppies are arriving now, and I have no idea when the order will arrive. The products are expensive; this lack of communication and delay make no sense. I don't even have any information about whether anything has been shipped or not. I ended up having to buy beds for the puppies twice, otherwise they wouldn't have had a bed. I still don't know when the products I ordered will arrive, and there were many. 7 weeks later and still no sign of a delivery date
I have yet to receive my purchase, even though SEVEN weeks have elapsed, and no-one has contacted me, despite several emails to customer support. Would not recommend using this company. **edit** You can also see from their reply below that you can't do anything until the goods arrive which is ridiculous as they haven't arrived! Please do not use this company - they are effectively taking money from you and not shipping anything.

Does this company actually exist or are they scammers? Ordered nearly a month ago and not received. No updates despite me emailing them 5 times. Just want a refund now. Do yourself and favour and don’t order with this company :(

I ordered my dog bed on the 30th June…
I ordered my dog bed on the 30th June and money immediately taken from my account…still no delivery and still no reply to my email. Funnyfuzzy, DO NOT reply to this review telling me to email support…there is no support. How can a company not be able to “find” an order?? Currently seeking refund via my bank and reported to trading standards…DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Scam?
Ordered on 30th June. Sent 3 emails to chase up when I can expect my parcel and no response received. Seems like a scam. Have already checked my junk and spam emails and no responses were received whatsoever. Tracking link provided says no tracking information is available yet. I specially ordered the items I did based on their estimated delivery time and now I am over 3 weeks in, significantly out of pocket and without the required products. Really disappointing and to not respond to emails from customers seems even more disappointing. Definitely not sure it's a legitimate website.

No entregan ningún producto. Pésima atención a cliente.
Pedí dos camas para mis perros el 9 de junio. Llevan más de un mes y el pedido se sigue "procesando". Envié un correo y al principio me dieron "seguimiento", pero ninguna solución. En algún momento dejaron de contestar. No he recibido respuesta de su parte, aunque he insistido. No quiero pedir reembolso porque he leído que no los concretan, supongo que haré una denuncia ante Profeco. No sé si dar por perdido mi dinero. Pedido: FF14837M
