The leaf blanket took a while to arrive and when it did was somewhat underwhelming. The colour is lovely (I chose the rust/orange) but it is thinner and not as plush as I was expecting. I expected better quality for the price and feel a bit sucked in by the Instagram advert!

Took over 2 weeks to get the product. Most other companies 4-7 days tops.

The coat itself is very cute and very waterproof. Even after my dog decided to take an impromptu swim, she returned home completely dry under the coat, so thumbs up there. Unfortunately, the sizes are completely off. I measured my dog and ordered a size up according to the size chart and it is still a bit too small and very tight around the neck.

Products received are lovely. The website promised a free gift worth £60 but the gift I received was priced at £32.99. Disappointed by this

Coat came really quickly, unfortunately it was a little bit to big/long for my dog, my dog sizing was on the upper end of there measurement so I went for the medium. I am currently in the process of getting an exchanged. My only gripe is that is seems to be email only and it’s takes at least 24 hours for them to respond. Now it’s the weekend so I am looking at Monday the earliest for my return email and they have asked for photos of my dog in the coat. A very slow customer service but they have been very polite and helpful when replying.

Purchased a dog coat which took a long time to deliver since, as stated by others, it was shipped via air from China. This was not the 3 to 5 days stated at order time. The coat was far too small so we had to order a larger one but unfortunately we had to pay for a tracked return at great expense! The replacement item also took a long time to arrive, again by air from China. Their tracker did seem to work so at least we knew where it was and when. As yet we have not tried the new coat for size but when we do I will update this review accordingly.
