FUNNYFUZZYReviews of funnyfuzzy.com

Haven't received the product yet, but the delivery is so slow... It will be around 2-3 weeks in total, maybe more :( Shipped only 7 days after placing order. How it's even possible? Order #FF101856S

Quilted couch cover is a nice product, but company has non-existent customer service. I attempted to contact their customer service two separate times regarding a misrouted June-July 2023 shipment and received no response.

I initially ordered a competitor brand of dog bed and the rubberised base of the seat left black dots on the base of my vehicles seat. Other than this, the bed was high quality and the competitor brand handled my complaint well by covering the cost of a new seat in my car and refunded the cost of dog car seat. I then used this refund to purchase a FunnyFuzzy First Class car dog bed and was immediately disappointed with the feel of the item. The bed did the job until I was refitting it to my car and the securing strap torn very easily from the body of the bed which indicates it would offer zero protection in a collision. I sent an email to FunnyFuzzy on the 18th July and on the 24th July have yet to receive a response. I would not this company or their car dog beds.

Writing this only to tell others that a business, quality of their products, and how you act on the internet (i.e. fully grown adults throwing tantrums on online forums) has absolutely nothing to do with China. Your personal issue is racism and bigotry - which seems much more like an internal issue than anything else. Seek help before taking it to a review panel for dog beds. Products are made poorly due to many factors, including poor treatment of workers and low quality products can be found in any country. Get it together and be a little realistic for once, please. Have a good day and spread a little less hate.

The ginkgo leaf mat is fine but I am not blown away. Very happy I did not pay full price. The material is quite scratchy. The toys while looking nice for a second my 35 lb dog had broken the ball within 10 mins of chewing on it. Won’t be buying from you again.

We purchased the FunnyFuzzy "Dog Bed - Donut × 1 Ginkgo Yellow / M" on 03/03/23. It was shipped from China on 03/11 and arrived at my door on 03/14! Good shipping process! The dog bed itself was a disappointment. On the plus side, the fabric is soft but seems durable. The craftsmanship in the fabric construction is excellent. There's even piping! Here's the thing, though. The fill in the bolster is very soft and easily compressed, so when my dog tried to lay up against the bolster he rolled right over it. The bottom cushion is a thin, egg crate foam, so not very cushy for my furbaby. There are two zippers; both should be a heavier gauge. The bolster zipper looks like a zipper you'd find on fine women's clothing - too delicate for a dog bed. The saving grace is that bed easily comes apart for washing, so I was able to replace the flimsy bolster fill with a piece of tubular foam, 5 inches in diameter, which is much firmer but not too firm. I also added a 2" thick memory foam cushion on top of the bottom cushion, and covered the entire bed with a faux fur throw. My furbaby is in heaven. Would I buy this bed again? Probably not, but FunnyFuzzy.com is not a scam as some people have noted in other reviews.

My dog loves his bed!!. My purchase, however, was initially delivered to the wrong house (the delivery company showed proof). Funny Fuzzy customer service was not originally the best. Ultimately, the issue was solved, and my fur baby is happily sleeping in his bed as I type this message. I love it also. As seen on tv!!

I bought this item because I saw it EVERYWHERE on my damn instagram and was thinking I wanted a reflective raincoat for my dog, so why not try it due to the good reviews. Despite it taking a while to come it has a good tracking system (aftership), the product was for the most part as advertised. However, this product is NOT for small or toy type dogs at all. I bought a small and medium for my Shih Tzu just in case but the neck part isn't detachable, which it should be. For anyone with a brac breed, knows their head is big so you need room and give. There was none. Also it appears easy to put on which it isn't. Overall, this wasn't a good fit and my dog was uncomfortable. When I asked for a full refund, I was told if I would be happy with a partial one of 30% and then donating the items! I couldn't believe it! Who does that? Therefore, be sure you want the item and are happy to keep it otherwise you'll go through unecessary ag just to return it.
