If I could give 0 stars, I would. Funny Fuzzy have been wholly terrible to deal with. I ordered a car seat from them, and after nearly a month going by with no update, I instructed the team to cancel the order - given the severe delay and lack of communcation. They replied saying the order was still due to be sent and would apply a 10% discount if I still wanted to receive the product. I declined this and said I wanted to cancel. Repeated emails were sent requesting this, which were ignored, and the order eventually arrived (close to 2 months late). I am now trying to get hold of someone in the Funny Fuzzy team to enquire about a return - I wish I was in to refuse delivery now! - and I'm being ignored again. Do not order from this company. It's a waste of money.
