Where is Customer Support?
Bought several couch covers and all but one so far are decent. The first wasn't stitched properly and was coming apart. Instead of dealing with non existent customer support, I'll fix it myself. The shipping is pricey considering you can get the same items on Temu, which is also coming from China, probably from the same factory. They also remove any negative reviews on their website. Read the replies from this company - not sure if it's someone in China responding but they are all the same, canned response saying "they're having a little trouble finding your order" or "email sometimes plays hide and seek" How about sending quality items and get a US based facility to handle returns and customer support? I know the FunnyFuzzy in the UK was shutdown due to too many complaints. Funnyfuzzy UK Co., Ltd., a company selling online pet supplies from China, was shut down after investigations by the Insolvency Service found that it had been supplying customers with sub-standard products and failing to provide refunds. The company was wound up at the High Court in London on November 19, 2024. Take your complaints to Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) or FTC to take further action on not getting refunds or products!
