Edit: as expected no reply after they asked for my reference number, they’re just trying to make it seems like they care. AVOID. So disappointed. I saved up for months to be able to buy this car seat for my dog thinking it will last a while! It took weeks to arrive, but mostly, after 3 weeks of using it I took it out to clean it and realized it was ripped off everywhere!! Awful quality!! My dog is small and stayed completely still in it. I sent them 3 emails, one text on Instagram and one on WhatsApp, no reply. I’m deeply upset
