Ordered a month ago but not yet received.
Bought a matt for the dogs over a month ago. No email to inform me of shipping, and when I tried the tracking service using the order number, no item could be tracked as it had not yet been sent. Have yet to hear a response from the business after asking for a full refund.

I ordered from Funnyfuzzy AU in June
I ordered from Funnyfuzzy AU in June. End of July and there still had not been any updates or communication from them regarding my order. No updates, nothing from them at all. Poor customer service overall. I wrote to them demanding a refund and I got a reply back saying they had processed this. No apology, nothing concern from them at all. I can now understand first hand why they are so poorly rated now.

Incommentabile
Pessimo. Ho acquistato una cuccia refrigerante per il mio cane in data 17.06.2025 e non è mai arrivato. Ho anche mandato dei solleciti ma niente. Nessuna risposta. Neanche una mail di conferma direttamente dal venditore sulla ricezione dell'ordine. Per fortuna ho usato PayPal e ora ho aperto contestazione. Spero rimborsino quanto prima l'importo.

Terrible company
Terrible company. They just ignore you. They don't send orders out. 3 weeks we've been waiting, we sent communication via email to their support, via their WhatsApp and their website chat service with order number and dates asking for an update but all were completely ignored. The only time they ever communicate is to respond the negative reviews by saying "we are having difficulty locating your order and have asked trust pilot to ask for more details so we can assist" . You do this... then they ignore you again. They clearly have time to monitor their reviews but not answer their customer correspondence or send out deliveries

Order placed 12 July with no update to…
Order placed 12 July with no update to my order despite 3 emails requesting an update. I am so disappointed as I bought the products to safely transport my dog in my car and I’ve had to source an alternative solution. What’s more disappointing is that I have emailed 3 times with no response. I’ve now requested a refund with no response. Will be taking this further if I don’t receive an update as it’s just been a poor experience at a really exciting time of my life with a new dog.

Número de pedido #FF14245M El 25 de mayo realice mi pedido el cual decía que llegaría en máximo 7 días. Al cabo de dos semanas pregunté por instagram y me dijeron que había un retraso y que probablemente llegaría a finales de junio. Ya va para un mes de eso y me he puesto en contacto en varias ocasiones tanto por instagram como por correo (no hay ningún correo en spam) y no he recibido ninguna respuesta. Quiero pedir mi devolución.
