Do not buy from this company under any circumstances. When our sofa covers arrived they were too small - despite our sofas fitting easily within the measurements on their website. The item was also not as described. Funny Fuzzy then refused our request for a refund twice, instead offering a discount on our item. They then agreed to refund us, but not to pay postage (which is our legal right under UK law, as the items were not as described). We then returned the items and they have stopped replying to our emails with no refund sent at all.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A SCAM! I placed my order on the 1st of may and it is now august. I have not received any shipping details nor have I received my item and they are not responding to my emails. This company has stolen my money and I will be reporting them to the authorities so this stops happening to other people. Do not pretend you cant locate my order, my order number is #FF589890S

ORDER NO. FF8441AU ordered dog car seat on 5th of June, still haven't recieved it, tracking says label created and that is all, tracking info was updated on 23rd June. When I left review here, they emailed me saying I will get the tracking details once it arrives in my Country and it was in transit. I spent $150 AUD and waited more than 2 months, this is totally a scam. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Ordered not knowing this was a clear drop shipment. Company told us for days it had been sent, but refused to send the tracking information (I guess to deceive us from the fact it was being drop shipped from China). Making it almost impossible now to get a refund. Please avoid at all costs. If you want to wait a month for it to arrive, just order direct from the likes of Temu (it will be a similar if not the same product for a fraction of the price) or order from a reputable British based company.

I placed on order at the end of May. After 2.5 months and multiple attempts to contact them, I have still not received my order, nor did I get any update on its status.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. SCAM. Money taken, no products delivered after several months, no tracking details, no response to multiple messages to their "customer service". Update: Response to FunnyFuzzy Trustpilot reply. This just another generic bot / AI response. This order was made on the 25th June. I have contacted their "support" team directly on multiple occasions with no response. Only after I raised a formal complaint and went through social media platforms, I received an excuse stating they had "dispatched my order from their warehouse" & are "trying to track my order". How can a company whose sole responsibility is the fulfilment of an order (paid in full) not be able to provide updates under the tracking number they have provided. I requested a refund and was told I had to wait for the order to be received and then "refuse it". 1. How can I refuse something I never received? 2. How can I refuse something delivered to my local PO or left at my residence. I would then apparently need to wait for the goods to be returned (to China?) before getting a refund... Please read other customer comments. This company is fraudulent and this is a scam. Do not purchase any goods from this company. Report their fraudulent advertisement on social platforms they advertise on and also escalate complaints to relevant consumer protection agency to have them investigated. FunnyFuzzy doesn't even deserve one star!

Scam. Took over a month to receive an update, only heard after we lodged a Paypal dispute. A package finally arrived weeks later and it was literally an EMPTY BAG WITH NOTHING IN IT. We waited months and paid over $150 to receive an empty satchel

Scam company. Ordered nearly 2 months ago. No reply to any requests for an update. Only reply I have ever received is after leaving a review here. So here I go again. Still have received NOTHING. My order number is FF10211AU. The support email mentioned here is a waste of time. DO NOT BUY from this site!!!
