Ya había hecho varias compras en esta tienda sin problemas . Sin embargo lo que no te dicen es que cuando quieres hacer una devolución NO LA ACEPTAN. Te mandan miles de correos diciendo que te devuelven el 20 ,luego que el 40 , luego que el 80% de tu dinero y que te quedes con el producto. Al final accedí al 80% y llevo ya 10 días sin recibir respuesta . Ya no volveré a comprar más aquí .

Bei der Bestellung der Ware war mir nicht bewusst, dass sie aus China kommt. Ich denke, ansonsten hätte ich mich dagegen entschieden. Nach 12 Tagen sind die beiden Produkte eingetroffen, was ich soweit in Ordnung finde. Die beiden Hundebetten wurden stramm gerollt in Plastikfolie eingeschlagen geliefert. Die Betten selbst verströmen keinen unangenehmen Geruch. Und sie sehen gemütlich aus. Die Verarbeitung der Stoffe ist ordentlich, die Reißverschlüsse leichtgängig. Die verwendeten Materialien wirken nicht überragend hochwertig, aber auch nicht billig. Was für mich aber überhaupt keine Sinn macht, Ja sogar gefährlich für Mensch und Tier werden könnte, ist folgendes. Eines der beiden Hundebetten ist für die Rückbank unseres Autos vorgesehen. Zum Sichern des Hundes während der Fahrt sind Leinen am Kissen befestigt, das aber nur lose auf dem Sitz liegt. Bei einem Unfall würde der Hund samt Kissen durch das Fahrzeug geschleudert werden. Nach meiner Einschätzung ist das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis nicht stimmig. Was ärgerlich ist, ist dass es zwar auf der Anbieterseite eine vordergründige Möglichkeit zur Produktbewertung gibt. Wenn man die Bewertung dann abschicken möchte, geht das nicht.

I did finally receive the product. I'm happy with it. It's actually very nice for what I need. I've updated my review, It probably would be higher if there wasn't a problem with shipping the product. You must know the product is coming from China so allow 6 weeks. It's been a month and there's been no product. I get an email once a week that says, "your product is shipping". This is CHINA Company coming straight from China. Forget the 30 day money back guarantee unless you live in CHINA!

This is a follow up to my previous review wherein I stated I did not expect FF to credit the 40% they offered. I wish to report that they did contact me and said they're crediting my credit card.

Ordered dog stairs several weeks ago. Got an e-mail that delivery was “attempted” but that wasn’t true. Now they will not respond to my repeated requests to “reschedule” the delivery. As far as I am concerned this company stole my money. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES ORDER FROM THEM. PS. Finally arrived a few weeks later. Satisfied with the product

This is an update to a review I left a few days ago. I ordered two items from this online store on Nov 25. They claim 7 day shipping. I was worried when I looked at the trustpilot reviews and didn’t receive by Dec. 5 that I’d been duped. I received today. Took 17 days shipping and the packaging was terrible, but I got what I ordered today… and it’s fine. I really like the sofa cover! Very nice! The sheet set is just okay, but nothing wrong with it. I take back my previous review. If you’re looking for a plush sofa cover, I totally endorse this product. They should be realistic with shipping time and improve packaging.
