Total scammers
This company was closed down in November 3024 yet continues to take orders They will take your money but you won’t receive anything They don’t answer emails online forms so don’t waste your time Please don’t order from them Typical Funny Fuzzy replied to my post and asked for further information which they were given - but surprise surprise not reply. also sent email but no reply The replying id done to try and make themselves look good but means nothing

Commande FR40301 passée le 21 juillet 2025, payee de suite 77€, depuis aucune info, aucun suivi. Envoi d’un mail le 31/07, funny répond « on vous rembourse 10%, soit 7€, sans mentionner aucune date… depuis aucune nouvelle…je denonce ce site, faites en de meme signal.conso.gouv.fr, ils ne meritent que ca 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬. Et s’il vous plait support funny, arretez en plus de repondre a tous vos avis, que vos clients ne regardent leurs courriels spamés, vous nous prenez vraiment pour des @brutis🤬

Absolutely shameful experience
Absolutely shameful experience. They kept my money for 2 months and never sent part of my order, because “at the moment they cannot guarantee a delivery”. I bought everything at the same time bust still only 1 article has been sent on the 3 bought. I sent tens of emails before someone replied, and I had to finally be very ungracious in the way I asked a refund because you only get to talk with useless people that do not want to help.

still haven’t received my item and I…
still haven’t received my item and I ordered it a month ago. still haven’t received tracking but yet I’m told it’s on the way. Took over 2 weeks to even update me on my order. will never order from here again. I’m sure i’ll never receive my item

Waar blijft mijn pakket??
Op 24 juli besteld #FF646794S Er staat binnen 3 dagen shipping maar nu bijna 3 weken later nog steeds niks ontvangen en geen reactie meer op mijn mailtjes. Ik heb al betaald en maak me zorgen over de bestelling en mijn geld!!

No goods or tracking or any correspondence at all.
Edited. It is now 25 August and still no delivery. Tracking number provided after first review does not exist on the tracking site. Refund requested now. Absolute silence since order placed on 27 July. I've chased for an update on the 1st, 6th August and again today. There is no response, only several marketing emails which I am definitely not interested in. So disappointing.

Rubbish Company
Ordered a cooling mat/blanket for my dogs a month ago, still no sign of it, no tracking info. Sent an email stating I want a refund. No reply.. Do not buy from this company. I think it’s a drop shipping company with product coming from the far east. I will be getting onto my credit card company to put in charge back. This is an update on the 15/82025 This company after asking for more details through trustpilot which I supplied still hasn’t contacted me or given me a refund.
