New dog bed - broken zip - totally unusable.
Have just received a new dog bed costing £82 after waiting over 4 weeks. It is totally unusable due to a broken zip which allows the internal foam to just fall out!!! You cannot speak to anyone - only email. Asked for refund but will go through my bank if needs be. However the sofa cover is excellent and doesn't move at all. Shame about the big ticket item which was very much needed for my growing puppy!!! I note that I have had a reply from funnyfuzzy.com asking for photos. These have been sent to your UK email on 14th August 2025 which was the email address showing when I ordered this useless bed!!!
