Wish I’d googled this company before I ordered. Placed an order a month ago and have had nothing since. Emailed them to find out what was going on, and was offered a 20% refund when the order is delivered. When I enquired how much longer I had to wait I was essentially fobbed off and told they couldn’t offer any time frames but were working hard to process orders. I guess we’ll see if I ever actually receive anything. Wish I’d just gone to Kmart.

How absolutely disingenuous of FunnyFuzzy to reply to my review telling me, "it seems we’re having trouble locating your email in our system. To help us look into this, we’ve sent you a message (how did you send the message if you are having trouble locating my email in your system) please also check your spam or junk folder in case it landed there. It is too bad that they have interesting merchandise but absolutely no help when missing pieces or parts. I've tried hard - sent lots of photos and the response seems to be to inch along in response and finally lead me to a dead end right in time for the return policy to expire. A carrying unit was not safe for my pet when it was missing parts so ... I can't use it and spent good $ on it.

Have not received order after months of waiting, at first replied promptly to our e.mails, then said they were sending us a free gift because our covers had still not arrived. A plastic hook promptly arrived in the post. Most expensive plastic hook on the planet. They are just ignoring our e.mails now. Checked there uk address it’s a ghost address. Would avoid at all cost unless you want a 5p plastic hook for £90.00. They have got back to us implied it has been mis delivered at our end. We have excellent post people a secure parcel box and cctv. It’s amazing how our plastic hook got to us with no problem. Makes you think it’s all part of the scam, when using the tracking number it’s the hook !!!!!

Update! So after 2 1/2 months I got my money back and then Fuzzy Funny contacted me to say my good were on the way! Well… even though it says delivered, all I got was a plastic clip! 🤣 No £100 boot cover. Funnily enough, that’s what so many other people received, so I’m not sure that’s done so it looks like we “receive” something. Anyway, I’ve let as many people know as possible. Please ensure no one gets ripped off.

Ordine #FF2835IT: pagato in anticipo, segnalato in stato "confermato" senza nessun ulteriore aggiornamento. Dopo sette giorni di attesa e mail di lamentele mi viene inviato un link di tracking ad un sito truffa (17track.net). Considero i miei soldi persi ma giuro che a costo di spendere tutti i miei averi in avvocati questi non venderanno più uno spillo. Intanto faccio partire immediatamente denuncia alla Polizia Postale!

The order took almost a month to arrive. Too long to wait for a product.

I purchased a couple one items last year and had no issue with them or their delivery so I went back again this year and ordered a set of luxury waterproof pet stairs. I paid £87.89 on 24/06/25 and today, 13/08/25 I am still waiting for the item or an update. I have contacted my bank and Paypal and field a claim and I was patiently waiting for the refund. However today I received a delivery, a small and cheap wall hook, maybe worth £.10. I definitely did not order it, especially for delivery from abroad via a courier. Made. O sense so I threw it out. Until I received a message from paypal saying that my item had just been delivered!!! The cheeky buggers have sent me a cheap item so they could claim that the order I made in June was delivered hence no refund is owed. Never seen a scam like this! Stay away as they really seem to be pros at it!
