It was to small.I order a queen size.It was like a twin bed size.

By the website it's not clear where it comes from, if i want not to by from extra UE countries, i'll discover it comes fro china only by the expetition tracking. i have nothing againts china product, but it should be clear at the beginning. Product it's fine but not puffy (dog bed) as pics.

The color and material is great the stuffing to go in arms and back are a little light on material it’s not firm in there

I ordered a car seat last November that was over 130 dollars, it never arrived. They sent me a picture with a random person carrying a package outside the main gate in my street. I spent 2 months sending emails with the customer service team, took days to reply that they were working with my order but didn’t resolved anything. After I left a message on Instagram, Funny Fuzz team contacted me and I got my refund. It was a journey but I appreciate they were able to fix my issue.

Ma commande a été remboursée car le colis n'a jamais été livré. Le SAV a enfin réagi. N'ayant pas reçu le produit je ne peux que confirmer la qualité du premier lit acheté un mois plus tôt. Dommage qu'il faille se battre pour obtenir d'être écoutée.

Habe 2 Kissen bestellt. 1x Sofakissen in XL 1x Hundebett in XXXL Die Größen sind exakt gleich und variieren absolut nicht voneinander 😅 Qualität ist ok, aber für den Preis hoch angesetzt. Die Füllung könnte auch besser sein. Würde nicht nochmal bestellen und solange warten um enttäuscht zu werden.

Wir waren zunächst skeptisch aufgrund der negativen Bewertungen, doch wurden wir positiv überrascht. Nach 10 Tagen (davon 3 Tage Verzögerung durch DHL innerhalb Deutschlands) kam die bestellte Autotasche für Hunde aus China an. Das Tracking hat gut funktioniert und war zuverlässig. Ja, es handelt sich um einfachstes Kunstleder, das jedoch geruchsfrei ist. Der Reißverschluss ist simpel und von eher schlechter Qualität, aber insgesamt ist die Tasche besser als erwartet. Der Boden der Tasche ist sehr dünn, schätzungsweise wirklich nur für leichte Hunde empfehlenswert. Würden wir nochmal bestellen? Aufgrund des nicht kostenfreien Rückversands und der zweifelhaften AGBs sowie Versands aus China (was erst nach der Bestellung transparent wird) und eine Rücksendung ausschließt, wohl eher nicht. Dennoch sollte jedem Käufer bewusst sein, dass viele Produkte, auch von anderen Anbietern, letztlich ebenfalls aus China stammen könnten. Andere Anbieter bieten diesselbe Tasche zw. 95-150€ an, wir haben mit Code 75€ bezahlt, inkl. Versand. Aufgrund der aufgeführten Punkte eine 3/5.
