Scam. Scam.
Placed an order for 2 small heart puppy (or cat toys) Has been over 3 weeks now & i have tried & tried to contact them. Just wanted them to refund back my money to my credit card and still have not heard a word. Tired of waiting! Have sent Numerous emails to them about this matter. Not happy at all. Now I have to file a claim against them to get my money. They had already charged my credit card! Do not order from them! F rating!

Horrible delivery and customer service
I ordered product on 6/9. It never came and their tracking app doesn’t work. They stopped responding to queries. I had to stop payment with my bank. Buy product from someone else. Post note- I wrote this review on 7/16. They responded on 9/2 and asked me to contact them with details using their customer service email. Clearly they never read the three I already sent. Don’t buy from this company.

If I could give my experience a zero
If I could give my experience a zero - I would. I ordered a couch cover on June 1st - today is July 17th and I still have not received. I have received numerous emails telling me that "the item is on the way". Sure it is... I cannot believe the horrible customer service - looks like a nice product - but I will never no. Very deceitful - do not order anything from them,

Do not give them money.
I heard nothing from them for almost 2 months from when I placed my order. By the time they replied to me, I had already reported the charge as fraud and received a refund from my credit card company. When they did reply to tell me that my order would be shipping “soon", I told them again to cancel my order because I do not want any of their products. I have not heard back, and my order has not shipped.

Awful customer service
I place an order weeks ago, received an order confirmation and that’s it. I have sent multiple emails weeks apart with a generic response that “they’ll get back to me when they can” and nothing else. I ordered couch covers ahead of time/delivery of my new couch so I would be set when the couch arrived but now the couch is here and no covers! Communication is key in business! Awful customer service!!

LIKE OTHERS NO ORDER YET
Hi After reading all this responses, I’m in the same boat place my order and paid {$204.23} for it the same day on May 30, 2026 and still nothing… I wonder with all the same complaints, isn’t there anyone out there that can help?

No Customer Service, No Tracking, No Response
I placed an $100 order on June 19 and selected standard shipping (5–30 business days). Weeks later, I still have no tracking information and have never received a response from customer service despite sending four emails. Each email generated only an automated ticket acknowledgment. I cannot comment on the quality of the product because I never received it, but based on my experience, I cannot recommend purchasing from this company due to the lack of customer support.

If -0 were possible! Unfortunately I consider my money as vanished. After 3 months and numerous non replied to emails part of my order arrived. I have no doubt the rest of my order will never be fulfilled. Please don’t order from them.
