Product never received and no response when I tried to chase it down. This business appears to be a scam.

What a bummer. I waited weeks for the item, and it never came. Only vague promises when emailed, and no specific tracking info. Pretty sure I've been scammed.

Ich habe zwei Produkte bestellt und sie kamen ich einer sehr billigen Qualität hier an. Die Preise sind also zu hoch. Deswegen und weil die bestellten Produkte zu klein sind, schrieb ich ein Email und bat um ein Retoureetikett und Informationen, wie ich die Produkte zurück senden kann. Dann wurde ich nach Fotos gefragt. Welche ich auch sendete. Es schien eine standardisierte Email zu sein, weil es auf meine Anfrage keinen Sinn macht nach Fotos zu fragen. Es war ja nichts kaputt. Naja. Danach kamen keine Antworten mehr auf meine Email. Ich habe 3 Weitere Male eine Email gesendet, um dies zu schildern und damit ich die Produkte zurück senden kann und mein Geld zurück erstattet bekomme. Es wird nicht geantwortet. Auf der Seite von Funny Fuzzy und per Email wird man drauf hingewiesen, nicht einfach die Ware an das Unternehmen zurück zu schicken, sondern den den Support vor einer Rücksendung zu kontaktieren. Es scheint mir eine Masche zu sein, denn offensichtlich antwortet niemand und man kann seine nicht gewollten Produkte nicht zurück senden. Nun habe ich Schrott zuhause rum liegen, was ich nicht gebrauchen kann. Und bin 80€ ärmer. Ich kann den Shop nicht empfehlen. Update: nachdem ich diese Bewertung am Montag geschrieben habe, wurde mir ebenfalls plötzlich auch am Montag auf meine Emails geantwortet und mir wurde angeboten 20% des Geldes zurück zu bekommen ohne dass ich die Produkte zurück senden muss. Da dies nur ca. 16€ sind und ich die Produkte nicht gebrauchen kann habe ich nun um eine exakte Rücksende-Adresse gebeten an die ich die Rücksendung versenden muss. Ich wurde ebenfalls drauf hingewiesen, dass ich den Versand der Rücksendung selber zu tragen habe. Nun hoffe ich, dass mir geantwortet wird.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Radio silence since my order, I have emailed to follow it up, and can’t get a response. These scam artists have no issue taking the money at the time of ordering, but then take no accountability to ship the order in the timeframe outlined on their website, and then when it’s followed up, they ignore you. Does anyone happen to have a phone number for this company? If not, straight to CBS.

Compré 3 artículos el día 1 de Julio dos camas y un cepillo me extraño ya cuando pasadas dos semanas no recibí nada a finales de Julio empecé a reclamar vía mensaje en su página porque a los emails no se molestan en contestar, no exagero cuando he mandado 6 veces un mensaje pidiendo que me den una fecha de entrega y nunca dicen nada solo que se ha retrasado y que me ofrecen un 20% de descuento cuando lo reciba, pregunto siempre cuando va a ser eso y ya nunca hay respuesta, he escrito 2 veces ya incluyendo el día de hoy para que ya me devuelvan el dinero y de momento de la primera vez ni he tenido respuesta. A ver si poniendo un comentario negativo de vosotros consigo que me devuelvan el dinero…. Una auténtica vergüenza de empresa sin duda.

I am disgusted with this company. Apparently it looks like I have lost my money. My Order number FF12525AU. I have been asking to give an update and only received a response that its definitely been sent and have not arrived the destination country. If they are legit, they should return the funds. Order was placed 31 days ago.

I placed an order at the end of July and have tried to reach out to the support team on multiple occasions but received no responses. I have received no updates for my order, no delivery estimation, no tracking information, no warnings of a delay. It’s very disheartening and quite unprofessional to have no communication at all.

La prima consegna é andata bene e il prodotto era anche bello, per questo motivo ho effettuato un secondo ordine di ben 138€ che però non é mai arrivato!!!! Ho scritto diverse volte alla mail di supporto senza alcuna risposta! Terribile esperienza Ordine numero FR39255 Aggiorno la mia recensione, nonostante abbia ricevuto conferma del futuro rimborso via e-mail entro 3 giorni lavorativi, ancora non ho visto nessun accredito e sull’app l’ordine risulta ancora “en traitement”. Vi chiedo gentilmente di verificare quanto prima.
