I didn’t have any update on my order for almost a week , after I reached out they said soon. They I asked to cancel cause I needed to find something for my puppy faster and had no ETA from them. They didn’t accept the cancelling , it arrived after a little over two weeks and now they’re giving me a hard time to return it. Talk about the item being straight from China, they didn’t even bother to put the Funny Fuzzy logo on it . I found the same item on Amazon for $25 which they were pricing for $75

I never received my product. It said first that I was unavailable to accept delivery, then it said delivered, but it was never delivered to me. I reached out to resolve this matter and never received a reply back.

Seit fast zwei Monaten warten wir auf den Versand der schon bezahlten Waren. Trotz Angabe einer Versandzeit von 2-3 Werktagen. Keine Antwort auf mehrere Emails. (Und ja, ich schaue regelmäßig im Spamordner) Ich werde nun einen Paypal Fall eröffnen und unser Geld zurückfordern. Antwort: Sie haben mehrere Emails an support@funnyfuzzy. com von mir. Lit pour chien commandé le 23 juillet et reçu ce jour le 20 août. Quasi un mois d’attente malgré un mail laissé sans réponse, pour connaître l’état de la commande. Quand on regarde (fouille) sur le site, il est indiqué que l’expédition peut prendre entre 4 et 45 jours. Merci la Chine. Au prix auquel j’ai payé ce lit, ça me fait mal aux fesses d’avoir un service client si déplorable, surtout que je peux trouver le même sur AliExpress pour 3 fois moins cher. Ça a été mon erreur de ne pas vérifier au préalable ce que valait ce site. Surtout qu’il sort souvent dans les top recherches d’accessoires pour animaux… Désormais, je souhaite savoir comment renvoyer ma commande (à mes frais évidemment, sinon ce n’est pas drôle). Est-ce que je peux espérer un jour une réponse de ce soit-disant service client dispo 7J/7 et 24h/24 (mais qui ne répond à personne) ? Ou bien je dois me brosser pour recevoir mon éventuel remboursement ?

Awful company! 4 weeks if not more since ordering. Emails ignored and I am now having to gain a refund via my bank. DO NOT USE!

Total scam, avoid. You won’t get your item , emails are ignored. They’ve had £55 of my money for months and so far haven’t managed to get a refund even though they have emailed me to say they’ve cancelled my order (months after it was placed and never turned up). I have raised a dispute with PayPal and they’re trying to get me to cancel the dispute before they will refund. I’m not falling for that! You can’t reopen it. Zero stars from me. They have literally been shut down previously in the high court by the Insolvency Service for selling substandard goods and scamming. No idea how they are operating again. I’m reporting them again to the insolvency service Update - The answer below from FunnyFuzzy is total rubbish, they know exactly who I am as I have emailed them multiple times and they don’t respond to my emails. I emailed them again on the email below and no response..Thankfully PayPal refunded me today

Absolutely abysmal service, ordered a sofa cover to protect our new sofa from our dog's claws etc. After 2 weeks of no contact went through PayPal for a refund and asked Resolve to act as an arbitrator, no money and no product, said they had sent it and we were in receipt of it but what they didn't realise was we have a camera on our doorbell! Contacted PayPal multiple times but they seemed reticent to get involved or FunnyFuzzy were feeding them false information. I finally got shirty with PayPal and demanded my money back as it had been a month of waiting now and funnily enough the product arrived within a couple of days, from China I might add as has been said by a lot of people! Personally I would avoid these people like the plague, they are disreputable and liars go elsewhere and make sure they ARE in the UK! So they even lie in their reply, if their delivery policy is 7 to 20 days why did it take 30 days to be delivered, and why do they charge £4.99 for delivery as though it will be within 48 hours as it's a "UK company" and why don't they tell you when you order. No wonder they were investigated in the UK and moved back to China. I hate lying cheating companies like these
