I did my order on the 13th May and I…
I did my order on the 13th May and I still have not received it . I have sent a few emails to them , and all I am getting is a generated message from them. And as for the tracking number it does not work. Will never order from this company again

Order not received
I have still not received the bed I ordered nearly a month ago after paying extra for expedited shipping. It is impossible to get hold of the company and I would recommend that you don’t make the same mistake of ordering from them.

Don't bother ordering from them
Don't bother ordering from them, definitely a fake website based in China with fake positive reviews and fake discounts. Just go to Temu and pay 25% for the same advertised item - at lease it will arrive from them! Luckily I always choose Paypal and got a full refund 6 weeks after my order...no way to contact them and no emails from them after my initial order... FAKE, FAKE, FAKE!

Ordered product, and nothing…. No delivery, no customer service answers, nothing. Forced a refund through PayPal.

6ème avis ici Commandé le 12 mai Envoi le 13 juin Bloqué du 16 juin au 2juillet Retourné à l'expéditeur le 2 juillet Plus de réponse du service client depuis le 29 juin. 60€ à la poubelle ! J'ai demandé un remboursement mais sans réponse du service client .... De toute façon c'est une IA qui nous répond, même pas un humain... J'ai fais un signalement sur le site Signal Conso et j'encourage tout le monde à faire de même ! C'est des voleurs et des arnaqueurs.

Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. Took over two months to receive. In the meantime we got something else from Amazon. Left in the package and contacted them about returning. Said they would get back to me within 2 days. They did not. Had to send 3 more messages before I heard back. Asked them for shipping instructions. Once again, no response. After 3 more contacts they finally got back to me and said they would give me a 40% credit, and I could keep the product. Responded with Thanks-but-no-thanks. Have reached out 2 more times for shipping instructions. It has now been one month and nothing is resolved. UPDATE: Finally resolved and I received credit. The order # was FF731522S
