Would give xero stars if possible and have also contacted ACCC regarding this fake company, however not sure what they can do as this company is from China and not AU as they pretend to be. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING from this company. Every time we post here they put a reply stating the item has been shipped but provide a fake tracking number. DO NOT TRUST THEY ARE SCAMMERS

Not happy at all wasn't worthy the money or wait.

I spent nearly $300 for a bed for my XXXL Neo and he was so excited to get it for his birthday and since i told him it wasn't coming because there were bad people in the world he hasn't been the same since. I've emailed countless times and have had no response. Not only did i lose $300 but my dog... my poor poor doggy. HOW DARE YOU!!!!

It took forever for the doggie couch to arrive with no communication until I emailed a complaint. When it arrived, the stuffing was woefully inadequate. The back wouldn't even stand up. My dog did not find it comfortable at all. I used other things, pillow , etc. to supplement the softness. Very disappointed in this purchase and the amount of money spent and still had to make adjustments to the product. I see other things that I would like to try but am hesitant now since this purchase was disappointing.

No instructions or link to instructions. Cannot get it put together.

NON COMPRATE DA QUESTO SITO! Ordinato prima di agosto una CUCCIA da 120 € per cane di taglia grande, dopo 3 settimane ancora nessun pacco recapitato, chiedo informazioni al venditore ma NON risponde, allora chiedo info a PAYPAL, che si mette in contatto con il sito FUNNY FUZZy, che ovviamente non rispondono perche questo è il loro gioco....sentite bene , NON vi arriverà nessun pacco a casa, una volta però reclamato tramite paypal ( che grazie a dio vi risarcirà ) loro vi faranno recapitare un pacco privo di senso e valore, a me è arrivato un appendi abiti grande 1 centimetro fatto di plastica dal valore nullo ,insomma una cavolata adesiva da mettere a muro, tutto per ? Per far si che ci sia un tracciamento attivo che dica " consegnato" , consiglio mio, non acquistate, e se avete già acquistato tramite paypal, fatevi fare un reso, una volta ricevuto spostate i vostri soldi da paypal, e spiegate l'accaduto, paypal controllerà le recensioni di trustpilot se glielo fate presente, se ricevete il pacco misero fate foto e video , NON COMPRATE DA QUESTO SITO , denunciamo tutto l'accaduto sperando che il sito possa chiudere al più presto!

Wish I had checked Trustpilot before ordering. I put in a reasonably large order. Received no confirmation email, so have no way to track the order. I contacted their so called '24/7' support team and asked for an email confirmation and tracking number. I got a email saying sorry order would be sent soon. I have written two more emails without response asking again for a confirmation email and tracking number. No reply. I have now asked for a refund. Have no confidence I will get that, so might need to escalate this to my bank and trading standards. APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE.

UPDATE - DO NOT order from this company. They sent me orthopedic beds which is not what I ordered and they do not respond to emails in any fashion that could be called timely and finally offered me @ $35.00 for over $400.00 of product I have no use for. The pictures on the website do NOT match what i was sent and I have been trying to process a return now for over 2 months. Their return policy is 30 days and it takes them over 2 weeks to respond to an email when they do as most they just ignore. My opinion is that this is by design. Worst customer service EVER. Cautiously giving 3 stars in the hopes that the situation will be resolved. I ordered a "cozy calming bed" and got an orthopedic mat insert instead. I contacted customer service but they do not seem to understand the issue and i had already ordered 2 more. So now i just want to return both beds and they are not responding. I have loved all previous products but the 2 other beds are still in transit so no idea what i am going to end up for that order. Clearly the description does not match the actual product and now that i look closely I can see that the pictures for the ones I ordered are of two completely different beds..... And so the saga continues, this company has now, by virtue of ignoring my email requests for a return / refund or taking 1 - 2 weeks to respond, eaten up the entirety of the refund period and still no resolution. Instead of continuing to ask them to honor their refund policy i will spend my time trying to warn people to not order from them and hopefully save them the frustration of being sent the wrong product and a company who does not stand behind their mistakes. Company continues to ignore all requests for resolution, at this point my mission is to ensure that no one else loses what will now be almost $500 for the purchase of 4 beds, two confirmed to be the wrong product and 2 STILL in transit but expecting the same wrong product. Will continue posting one star reviews until this is resolved.
