The shipping, there were so many days since the buying until I can finally get the bed, 17 days and the track app is not clear. The bed is pretty and functional, the size is correct for our dog (a husky) and is confortable.

I did not get a receipt in my package!!!!

Bonjour commande reçue aujourd'hui. La taille du lit est plus petite en réalité que les dimensions fournies sur le site et le traversin peu épais. Nous sommes assez déçus du résultat pour le prix. Vu l'emballage d'origine sous vide et ultra serré, c'est impossible de retourner l'article dans l'emballage d'origine.

I ordered a large and it's too small for my mini Aussie. She rolled right off if it. Very disappointed.

The reason I ordered this cute dog bed because I thought it would be cute for my small dog. When it got here, it was wrapped in heavy plastic. Very hard to open. Then I have to find a way to send it back to them. I can't believe that is how they ship their merchandise. I don't think I will order from them again since I have to find a way to get it back to them. My medium sized dog only weighs 18 lbs. There were only 2 sizes, small and large and you couldn't tell from the pictures. There were not any pages that told you about what the weighs were. Over all, I would say there should have been more information

This is a cute bed! I just wouldn’t call it “orthopedic”. The foam is very lightweight compared to other beds I’ve purchased from other companies. Not sure how it will hold up over time since I just got it.

Delivery takes way too long. Wait weeks. Not good service. Love the products received when finally received.
