No product and no news about when to expect delivery
I am ordered a dog bed for the car from this company the 12th of May and still have no news about delivery. I realised their website did not have a tracking tool for delivery like most have these days - you only get a confirmation of your order - but no way to follow it. I have contacted support 3 of June who very quickly and kindly answered and offered 15 % of the prize but I still have no updates about the order. Order number: FFPET244325 I got a reply from your customer service about my order regarding a request of changing the delivery adress of my order since I left for my summer house the 17th of June. They answered that it was easier to cancel the order and reorder . I was a bit upset and asked what guarantee I had for the order to arrive in time in Sweden if I went through with that and I got no answer back. I wrote back again and asked to cancel the order and to please send me a confirmation when it was done. Again no reply . What’s going on?
