The only reason I’m putting 4 is the length of time it took to receive it. Ordered it Feb 9 and just got it Wednesday, March 11. Other than that, GREAT price and the dog bed is pretty nice quality too! Customer service was great. When I inquired about its location, they emailed right back and gave mandated tracking! Definitely recommend, just be patient.

I love the product. Time from ordering to receiving the product is weeks, experienced this twice. Maybe advise the consumer of the long wait time. I ordered a bed on February 5th and received the bed on March 10.

I received this after 6 weeks. The bed is smaller than I anticipated and my bulldog loves laying in it but is obviously too small but is unreturnable.

I really like the product. However, the communication on shipping was minimal and when it finally arrived it took the company another week before they even knew it was delivered.

Very nice quality product. The company was responsive but there were long delays in delivery times (customs). I would still order from them (and will order again in the future), but just know the delay could be weeks and manage expectations. I really just took the star off because of delivery confusion but would be 4.5 stars because worth it even with delays.

The large was a lot smaller than I expected also expected the back to be more sturdy than it is I bought it for my Brittny and and had to give it to my cat who’s enjoying the new couch .

We love the covers we received for the couch and the recliners. They are very well made and soft.The reason I gave 4 stars was because it took over 2 months to arrive in the mail.
