Atrocious…
I first encountered an issue with FunnyFuzzy when their payment system wouldn’t work (should have taken this as a sign). I finally made the order but never received confirmation. One month on and there is no shipping information and I have had no response from customer service or messages on Instagram. Avoid ordering from FunnyFuzzy at all costs!

So disappointed
I am so disappointed with the communication from this company. There is none I purchased an item with shipping protection On the 14/6. It is now 30/8 I have sent emails to the company and the courier But no reply from anyone One incorrect word was in the address. Which could not have come from me Because I buy through a site that has my address and gives it automatically I have told the courier the correct suburb. But no reply It is so frustrating In reply to the funny fuzzy reply. No you have not sent an email. Not in my in box or spam. How is it so easy to reply to a bad review and not respond to one email I send you This is just so you look good. Just get in touch with the people who have the parcel and get it sent. Please

SCAMMERS
Don't reply to me now funnyfuzzy afta u couldn't b bothered b4 😡 U did NOTHING b4 I complained online so if u cant reply b4, then deal with the public shaming! SCAMMERS - DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE PEOPLE! They are now under investigation by my bank for taking money, not sending goods, not contacting me at any point and ceased trading in 2023!!!!!

Ho effettuato un ordine (letto nero per cani taglia S in pelle ecologica impermeabile, rimovibile).... ma non ho più notizie. I soldi (90€!!!) sono stati prelevati ovviamente. Alle email (inviata più di una) non rispondono (ho controllato anche spam etc). E non si ha modo di annullare ordine. Onestamente sono delusa e infastidita.

No voy a dejar de poner opiniones negativas hasta que me contesten y resuelvan mi caso. Ponen a un bot a contestar por aquí pero por correo me ignoran. YA NISIQUIERA ME INTERESA DONDE ESTÁ MI PEDIDO, QUIERO QUE ME REGRESEN MI DINERO. Cancelen mi pedido, si es que de verdad lo levantaron. Si no me contestan meteré una queja en PROFECO. Des voleurs, menteurs !!! Service incompétent, réponse déplorable rédigée toutes faites !! Livraison 1 à 3 jours, cela fait 40 jours !!!!! Débité tout de suite par contre pas de soucis !!! On pose des questions ça répond à coté de la plaque à ce jour cela promet un code promo mais la blague !!!! Je veux un remboursement sinon j’irais plus loin. Commande FF647418S

Items never arrive
For over a month tracking stated the order was received but not sent. I asked to cancel the order and was told they could not because it had already been sent, but tracking never showed this. Still haven't received items, have now contested the charge.
