Delivery ok, dog seat smaller than expected

The bed looks nice, but I ordered a large, and it isn't large at all. I have a dog who is 60 pounds, and it's only big enough for half of him.

Bag came in after 2 months of ordering. Way bigger than expected but maybe my puppy will grow into it.

Well for starters. There were no instructions on how to put this cover on. There are ties on both the top and bottom half. Don't know where I'm supposed to tie those to. Second they had a bunch of foam tubes. Don't know what those are for either. I love the fabric. It is nice and soft. However it will not protect our new couch from our cats claws. It is not long enough to cover the back of the couch either so my cats can still scratch and mark back there. It doesn't look anything like the picture it shows. I guess you can't expect much for what we spent.

The order process was easy and the product was delivered in reasonable time. I was disappointed about the amount of plastic. The product itself was in a plastic bag. Then it was all wrapped in plastic foil. And then wrapped with a further thick plastic foil which was used instead of a cardboard box. The cat bed I bought smelled chemically, even after several hours in fresh air. The bed consists of two parts, and contains no washing information at all. As the pillow has no cover, I did not dare putting it into the washing machine in order to get rid of the bad smell. I hope the smell will disappear in a few days. So far I have not presented the cat bed to my cats...

The delivery time is horrible. It took weeks to receive my order.

La entrega ha tardado más de lo previsto. La calidad parecía mejor en la publicidad y nada que ver. Es dura y áspera. Hace su función pero me parece muy caro.

Long shipping time. Very thin material.
