My product never arrived
My product never arrived. After three months of waiting and emailing them for status updates, I have given up. They have stopped replying to my emails. They charged my credit card on the day I place my order, almost $200. They sent emails saying that my order had shipped, included a tracking number, and a link for that tracking number. Nothing shows up for that tracking number despite trying repeatedly. When I asked for a refund, there is no reply.

Do not buy from this company
Do not buy from this company. Waited almost a month, still no dispatch date. No response to chases. Buy from anywhere else but not from these people.

Ordered a dog bed back in early June…
Ordered a dog bed back in early June and never received. Emails ignored as well. Have initiated a charge back claim via my bank. Annoyed I didn’t check the reviews here first! 04/09/26 Your reply is farcical Funny Fuzzy! I tried contacting your support email several times and no response. Don’t care, my bank got all my money back from you.

If I could give zero stars I would….
Update: It finally arrived today, with a completely different tracking number, which would not update…. Quality is okay, but expensive for what it is…. Would I buy again, no not at all. If I could give zero stars I would…. We ordered a dog car travel seat on 6th June, your confirmation email suggested it would take 15days to arrive. It’s now 22nd July, no update on the tracking info. We have had no responses to our emails to you, there are at least 4. We will now be doing a charge back, as no response to refund requests. You are quick to send out emails showcasing your product, it’s a shame that you don’t fulfil your orders. Please DO NOT purchase from this company. Funny Fuzzy should you wish to follow up on this, Our order number is #FF33632U…. I don’t hold up any hope….

Do not order from this company
Do not order from this company! It took 3 months for my order to arrive in which time I had to order from another supplier as my puppy had arrived. I emailed them on numerous occasions to arrange a return when it did finally arrive and have had no response apart from an email to say they had dealt with my ticket (which they had not). I am now returning without a return confirmation email so praying I get my money back as it was expensive. I wish I had done my research beforehand and not just gone off the reviews on the website.
