DO NOT BUY this company must be a scam. I placed they order 2 weeks ago and heard nothing. Emailed customer service 3 times and not heard anything. Don’t lose your money

Commande effectuée le 14/08, au bout d’une semaine pas de nouvelle, j’envoie donc un mail au service clients qui m’indique que ma commande a été expédiée avec un lien de suivi. Le suivi n’a pas bougé depuis qu’ils m’ont envoyé le mail soit le 22/08 et est plus que douteux ! Le suivi indiqué par moment que mon numéro de colis est inconnu … J’ai envoyé un mail hier pour demander le remboursement total de ma commande, pour l’instant pas de retour mais à priori il n’y aura pas de réponse … En effet vu les commentaires indiquant que les commandes n’arrivent pas je ne préfère pas donner suite. Éviter de commander car les délais ne sont pas respectés ou les commandes ne sont pas envoyés !

Am 21.8 bestellt - bis heute nicht verschickt
Am 21.8. eine Bestellung aufgegeben. Nach mehrmaligen Nachfragen, wann die Bestellung verschickt wird, wurde ich immer wieder vertröstet. Bei einer Mail wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass sich die Sendung bereits auf dem Versandweg befindet. Konnten mir aber dann keine Trackingnummer sagen und beim nächsten Mail, dann wieder die Antwort, dass noch nicht verschickt wurde. Als kleines "Zuckerl" haben die mir 10% Nachlass angeboten, natürlich erst, wenn das Paket bei mir eingetroffen ist. Das würde wahrscheinlich noch Monate dauern, falls überhaupt irgendwann etwas versendet wird. Habe heute den Fall Paypal gemeldet. Nächstes Mal erst die Bewertungen lesen, bevor bestellt wird - hier ist es ja offensichtlich!

I am saddened to have to write this…
I am saddened to have to write this review as we have received some lovely products from this company but I have been completely ignored now about a missing item that we simply never received. I have contacted them by email multiple times and have not received a reply.

After I submitted the review
UPDATE: After the second review we finally got our money back! ————————— After I submitted the review I finally received an email after having no responses for a month. However the response was just “sad to hear about your review, we will forward it to the right department” few days later again. Still no shipment confirmation, no update regarding our order #FF658087S and no refund. Pure scam.

Ordered and no delivery
I ordered my products over two weeks ago. I’m still waiting and I keep getting replies saying that they are trying to look for my order. This is not good enough for a company items. Should be sent out straight away not take money and not do anything about it. I will never order again and I hope nobody does either.
