2 of 3 products received in wrong colour
Ordered some sofa covers however 2 of 3 are beige instead of the grey I ordered, been waiting over 2 weeks for a response but unfortunately yet to hear from Funny Fuzzy. Unfortunate as the 1 that was correct looks great on the sofa, just wish I could get the products I ordered as out of pocket with a mismatched sofa :(

Support team not great
I have payed for an outdoor dogbed on may 12th.... I am still waiting for it to be send.... 1.5 month now! I have send 2 emails to support but no respons.. I want my money back but don't think that's going to happen. Terrible company, do not give your money to them! Little update on july 2nd: I found an emailadres of Customer team and they responded quickly and solved the issue in a professional matter. I get my money back. Thank you for that.

Hundebett deutlich weniger gefüllt und Kundenservice ist nicht zu erreichen.
Bewertung auf der Homepage ist direkt gelöscht worden, Lieferzeit utopisch lange und Kundenservice ist überhaupt nicht zu erreichen !! Mehrere Versuche per Mail schlugen fehl!! Weitere Kontaktmöglichkeiten waren nicht ersichtlich. Das Bett war deutlich! Weniger gepolstert und seinen Preis nicht Wert!

PESIMO SERVICIO AL CLIENTE
Hace 3 semanas hice una compra en la pagina de Mexico, sin embargo el estatus de mi pedido aun aparece como sin actualización. He enviado correos preguntando sobre el estatus de mi pedido: #FF14532M y nada, ni una respuesta.

Very disappointed with the lack of customer service and response
This is my second order with funny fuzzy. I placed the order and got a notification that it would take 1-3 days to ship. When it took five days I emailed. I got a response that said sorry but no information on what to look for. I have since emailed three more times for an update as there is no phone number to call. I have gotten no response. I don’t know whether to cancel and reorder from a different company or if I can even do so. My trust in this company is plummeting from their lack of response. I got rid of the other bed as this was to replace. Both my dogs are well into their golden years and have no alternative. This company should be telling you how they are going to remedy your issue and then do what it takes to keep your business. Not ghost you. Very disappointed.

Product took well over a month to…
Product took well over a month to deliver and is not worth the price. It appears much nicer in photos. Product also claims to be water resistant, it is not.

Waiting for order to arrive
Placed an order for a dog bed on the 12th of May and heard nothing for a week. I emailed the support team on the 20th of May and never got a reply. Then received an email on the 23rd of May stating that due to tariffs in America, shipments have been delayed. Finally got a confirmation that my order has been dispatched on the 17th of June. Haven't heard anything since then and when I track my order it only states its been placed and about to be shipped? Confused as to why it has taken so long..... Emailed the support team tonight, hopefully get a response.
