I ordered items totalling £51.64 on 19 August 2025. The items were never dispatched. When I contacted the company asking for an update, I was told they could not give me any indication of when the items would be dispatched. When I asked for a refund, they never replied and never refunded my money. FFPET271627 Update (12 Sept) Company asked for my order reference number They were provided with this number both by email and on Trust Pilot and they still haven’t resolved the issue. Avoid giving any money to Funny Fuzzy!

Here, like everyone else as I don't get a response from their email address which should provide 24/7 support. Made an order on the 7th of August, 1 month later, no item received, no response via email. If anyone can help me with some information about order #FF3020IT that would be great. Thank you.

Whatever you do, do not order anything from this company. I am still waiting for my delivery of sofa covers after nearly two months. I have emailed their customer service department and have had no response whatsoever. I wish I had paid by visa so I could get my money back. I have asked for a refund but hey no response. Terrible service and terrible customer service. Avoid them at all cost.

Hello Trustpilot viewers. I have an update on my last review a few days ago. Well I am highly surprised that this company gave me a full refund!! It's just as well they did because my next move was to report a dispute, fraud or scam to my bank and contact the police to inform them of this company. Even though I got my money refunded, I still do not support or recommend this company for their products simply because I had to fight to get my money fully refunded and I had to expose this company for what it really is to get that full refund. It is a company that was dissolved through liquidation last year and was taken over by another company in Hong Kong who continued to use the old UK website domain to con people into believing that the UK company is still functional and trading when it is not. Please see publication of the insolvency investigation from November 2024 online. The email address that I found from that particular public document was from the insolvency company who dealt with the investigation and liquidation of the UK company. They were the people who informed me that the UK company no longer exists and the company that is currently trading is based in Hong Kong and not the UK. To Funnyfuzzy..... Many thanks for the refund. But what about ALL the other customers you haven't refunded money to, only part refunded to, are refusing to give refunds to, are not sending the products your customers bought from you, and send the very few customers you actually send products to low quality products instead of decent quality???? I exposed your company for what it is. The refund you gave me is most likely to silence me. But I believe in telling the truth. You should be communicating better and truthfully about your company, not hiding behind empty promises and apologies. Your customers are not stupid and eventually see through your con. If you want to build your company back up, then respect your customers more than you are doing right now. As a lesson from my dreadful experience with your company, I will not be buying from your company again because I do not trust you and I have no confidence in your products or your overall trading standards.

I have already left a review, but on further investigation on the HMRC insolvency page, it's states this company has been shut down due to it's bad consumer practices, looking at the date this was filed last year! But it appears they are still taking people money

Order number: FFPET272528 Made an order for dog car seat cover and mat nearly 2 weeks ago and I've heard nothing since! My card has been charged and I've sent multiple emails for an update but no response! I now want to cancel my order but other than sending another email that will just get ignored there's no way to do this. Wish I had come on here and read all the bad reviews before wasting my money and time!

Ordered a 3XL dog bed which was advertised as in stock on the website. Received order confirmation (#FF650032S) and an email that my order "is on the way" - Want to track your order ? Install our app. Did that - no order showing up. After almost one month after I ordered I asked their support about the status. Their answer "Unfortunately, there will be a delay in the delivery of your order, and at this moment, we’re unable to provide an exact estimated delivery date. If you're willing to wait, we'd be happy to offer you a 20% refund as a token of appreciation once your item has been successfully delivered." Told them I'm not willing to wait since they can't even give an estimate and asked for my order to be cancelled and refunded. Since then I don't get any answer from support despite asking several times. Edit after their response: Your team only answered because I posted the order number in this 1 star review. Also your team just told me my that my case was forwarded to another team. I don't want your product anymore. I want my money back.

We ordered products on 18 August and have not had any confirmation of delivery date. Have emailed the support email as well as messaging and calling the number on the site. Shocking! Reading the other reviews makes me very nervous they are disreputable and taking money without sending any product. Any advice from previous customers would be really helpful!
