Disgraceful
Ordered sofa covers on 5th August and still not received. Emailed and they said it was a logistical problem. Emailed again asking for a full refund as they are supposed to be UK based. No response. Emailed again. No response. I will be reporting this bogus company to Trading Standards if I do not receive refund within seven days.

Mi hanno tirato scema per un mese e mezzo mandandomi tracking inesistenti e dicendomi di non esitare a dire “bau o miao” per qualsiasi problema. Sono arrivati scaglionati nel giro di 40 giorni 4 dei 6 articoli ordinati, poi paypal per fortuna mi ha rimborsato perchè le conversazioni con il venditore iniziavano a diventare surreali. Prodotto buono ma pessima esperienza.

Refunded Order No Information
Following my last review, they have refunded me all my money with no reason whatsoever. I have emailed them asking them to confirm why they have refunded me and asked them to confirm if I am still going to receive my order or if they have cancelled it completely and had no response. Please can someone confirm asap or I will need to go elsewhere.

Not a good experience
Not a good experience! I ordered a car seat on 25 July and to date (5 Sept) I have not received the order. I have emailed customer support several times and received no reply, including an email requesting a cancellation of the order and refund of the £69.99 I have paid. Today I have received an email asking me to rate the product I have never received!

site pas sérieux, suivi de commande inexistant
Commande passée il y a maintenant une semaine, et, malgré mes relances par mail, je n'ai toujours aucune information sur le suivi et la livraison de celle-ci....par contre, le paiement a été débité sur mon compte deux jours après !....ce n'est donc pas sérieux tout cela....et impossible de les joindre par téléphone ! C'est donc ma première mais DERNIÈRE expérience avec ce marchand !

Complain to State Attorney-General's Consumer Affairs Office
Same experience as many people here. Ordered goods a month ago and have been fobbed off ever since, with offer of 20% compensation but no actual payment of it. Any US-based customer can make a formal complaint to the Consumer Affairs Dept. of their state Attorney-General's office. It has to be investigated if there's a suspicion of fraud. This is the only way to close them down!

Finger weg von diesem Anbieter!!!!! Totale Verarschung.... ich habe am 20.Juni ein Hundebett bestellt und bezahlt. Ich habe zwei Mails geschrieben und nachgefragt wo die Ware ist, es kam nie eine Antwort. Erst als ich PayPal eingeschaltet habe, kam am nächsten Tag die Antwort und man hat mir einen Rabatt angeboten. Am nächsten Tag habe ich dann das Mail bekommen, dass die Sendung unterwegs sei, mit einer Sendungsnummer. Diese konnte ich jedoch nirgends nachverfolgen. Zehn Tage später kam dann die Meldung, dass ich das Geld zurück erhalten werde.... Das Ganze hat sich über zwei Monate hingezogen.... Ich kann nur nochmals sagen, Finger weg.. Totale Verarschung !!! Wenn ich Null Sterne geben könnte, würde ich dies tun.

AVOID
AVOID. I wish I had seen the reviews before purchasing. Ordered two dog beds mid August and they still haven’t arrived. I haven’t even received a confirmation email or order number but they’ve happily taken €150 from my account on the 18th August. Emails and messages via Instagram are going unanswered. Contacting my bank to retrieve the funds. Will not buy from they again.
