Scammers!
Has been waiting since July to get my order, they were quick to ask me to be patient but I think it’s clear that they don’t have any intention to send it. Wish I had read the reviews before ordering! Scammers!

No timeframe for shipping and no response re: refund
I placed an order about a month ago now and heard nothing until reaching out last week. Was told that my order was delayed but they had no way of giving me a timeframe. Then when I asked for a refund (because I can't just wait indefinitely), they went silent on me. So I guess their strategy is just to ignore and hope it'll go away? Wish I had read these reviews before ordering. It's giving...scam. UPDATE: got an email from them with vague promises that the issues been escalated and they’re closely monitoring for any new information. All I want is a refund - that should be fairly easy to action.

Wish I could leave a zero rating
Wish I could leave a zero rating, this company is a scam DO NOT USE I ordered covers over 6 weeks ago and nothing, tried to contact them on Numerous occasions and no response at all. How can this company still post adverts on Facebook is beyond belief In response to Funny Fuzzy the order number was FFPET267775. I have been refunded via PayPal now after o left this review. Asking me to contact your support team I did try this over three times but you didn’t reply so will not be emailing again or using your company

AWFUL COMPANY. Absolutely no information about where my order is and no response to emails. Seems like all of the others reviewing, that this company is a scam - AVOID!

DO NIT BUY FROM TGEM
Placed an order in June…… never told sh*t coming from china…. Anyway finally gets an email to confirm non delivery and a refund etc then a week later email from PayPal to say refund cancelled….. now customer services do not reply….. IF ANYONE HAS ANY SENSE TGEY WILL NOT BUT ANYTHING FROM THIS SCAM IF A COMPANY!!!!! Wow a wee update on the back if them wanting more information…. I have sent at least 4 emails detailing their messages but unfortunately no one responds…. I guess the initial response is purely on the back of a bad review….but in my opinion I will never ever consider buying anything from this site…. Would not recommend!!!
