Dog beds nice. Little smaller than I expected for "large". Shipping takes a long long time

Ich hatte ein Hundebett am 27.12 bestellt und bezahlt. Erst danach ist es mir in den Sinn gekommen die Bewertungen zu lesen da ja heutzutage zu viele onlineshops unseriös oder fake sind. Als ich dann hier so viele negative Bewertungen las war ich mir ziemlich sicher meine Bestellung nicht mehr kommen würde. Aber nach 2 Wochen bekam ich das Bett es hat mich echt positiv überrascht den ich hatte es schon abgeschrieben. Es sieht zwar so toll aus wie auf dem Foto aber ich war schon happy das ich es erhalten habe. Leider ist die grösste Grösse nur 2XL für grosse Hunde immer noch etwas klein.

Je tiens à partager mon expérience car pour ma part, tout c'est très bien passé. Effectivement le suivi ne fonctionne pas sur le site mais sur yunexpress aucun soucis pour suivre l'évolution de mon colis. Le site m’annonçait une livraison en le 31 décembre et le 5 janvier mais il est finalement arrivé le 18 décembre! Colis en parfait état avec une petite peluche sur le thème de noël en prime. Le coussin est bien celui commandé et il semble de bonne qualité. J'enlève seulement 1 étoile pour la disfonction du compte sur leur site. Voilà, je suis rassurée, je n'aurais finalement pas commandé dans le vent! :)

Placed my order, then looked at the reviews and thought i have been scammed. Relief to say my package was delivered two weeks after placing my order. The dog bed was well packaged and looking pretty much like the picture online.

After placing my order, I was concerned seeing the poor reviews. However, after a really slow delivery process, my package was delivered two weeks after placing my order. The product I purchased, I am very happy with. I ordered a waterproof sofa cover due to my cat being poorly and suffering from incontinence. The cover looks thin however, when put to the test it was leak proof and is very easy to clean. I am repurchasing for my other sofas so I would recommend this company but beware of the wait time for your product.

I read all the reviews on here and was really upset. I tried to cancel my order because of it but it was too late. I was therefore massively relieved when both dog beds arrived on time, well packaged and looking pretty much like the picture on line. The quality is reasonable, not quite as good as it appears on the website, but fine! I'm glad there was a large reduction on the price, I wouldn't want to have paid more. It does come from China despite the UK web address.

After reading bad reviews, I was surprised to receive my luxury car bed like it was advertised. The only concern it was the 2 weeks waiting for the delivery.

Ordered 3/11 and received 14th so no too bad. Item as expected and good quality.
