Ordered two items 6 weeks ago and no delivery. I have contacted them multiple times and they say item is on the way. I enter the tracking number and it. says order still pending--not shipped. They refuse to refund the money.

Complete scammers
Complete scammers. No replies nor any delivery, they just steal your money. Claimed back anyway but thats not the point. Shut them down.

The dog bed I received was a joke
The dog bed I received was a joke! A small kitten would fit nicely on it. Bad communication until a lengthy time passed after I tried to cancel it. Very dishonest company. Buyer BEWARE! The following is the last email I sent and I probably am out a lot of money. What a SCAM! Email copy: I returned it to the address on the original package label, which even the post office clerk said was real hard to read. He told me there was a problem with that address, but went ahead and delivered it. I did exactly what I was supposed to do, and if it was sent wrongly, it was because of your return label! I find this whole disaster very troubling as I, the customer, did everything that I could, with very poor customer service and information early on. What ever happened to just plain old honesty and integrity in business? You took my money, and I have nothing to show for it. The product I ordered was totally misrepresented and you even offered money back and for me to keep an unusable item, which no one Would want! I am so distraught over doing business with you! I JUST WANT MY MONEY back This fiasco has gone on for several months.

J'ai commandé un Lit canapé orthopédique ##FR42690 le 03/09/2025. Aucune nouvelle ! J'ai envoyé 4 mails au service client + tenter d'écrire sur instagram. ZERO réponse alors que je reçois en masse des mails publicitaires de leurs part. Si je n'ai aucune nouvelle d'ici peu je porte plainte !

I placed an oder on August 11th and still did not recieved my package. I’ve already sent 2 e-mails to ask what’s wrong… but still no answer from the shop. How can I get my order delivered or how can I get my money back.

Am liebsten 0 Sterne. Am 31.08.25 bestellt, mit Paypal bezahlt (merkwürdig war, zahlen in 30 Tagen, wurde nicht angezeigt) anyway!!! Bestellbestätigung per Mail ist gekommen... und das war es dann auch. Habe per Mail gefragt wann das ganze nun mal endlich versendet wird. Antwort war... 'wenn ich bereit wäre etwas zu warten, bekomme ich 10%' was soll das? Damit FunnyFuzzy nicht bei trustpilot nachfragen muss, ist das die Bestellnummer #FF35976D und der Betrag den ich zurück bekommen möchte ist 96.06€ Werde auf gar keinen Fall Empfehlungen aussprechen.
